I avoid this place at all costs and only go to the La Mirada location. The manager is a . A bunch of excuses for an employee That DGAF. She said he was only two weeks on the job when that’s the same guy that took my order six months prior.Avoid this place !

Service and atmosphere was terrible. Customer service is completely awful. The manager is very rude. The manager speaks very loudly like if he’s mad all the time. The place seriously needs to hire better staff.

Out of the many times I've been to this location, they are always great. Once I was overcharged and while waiting for my food, the employee realized the mistake and refunded me the dollar back. I never would of noticed, but it was a nice gesture.

This place is straight up TRASH! The drive through/cashier named Betty is trash too. I went thru the drive thru and ordered a #3 with a coke and a large chili cheese fries with onions and easy cheese. She said you want a chili fries with easy onions extra cheese!? I said no and repeated what I wanted. She repeated the order back which was correct, but somehow after I pay I notice only a chili cheeseburger, a chili dog, and chili cheese fries inside the bag which were not large. I told her I'm missing my fried for the number three and the chili cheese fries are regular not large. She began arguing with me and not saying sorry for her mistake. She said well I'll give you a large but have to charge you. I said after it was your mistake when I repeated it and you finally repeated it back?? And after I just spend $17.50 for 3 items? She still had not apologized, but gave my wife and I major attitude. I went inside to speak to the manager. He would not come from behind the counter and just kept saying you want chili fries onions easy cheese? He kept repeating that when I was trying to explain the situation and how this was very bad customer service. He finally brought the chili cheese fries and said you have to give me back the other ones. I said but you're still missing my fries for the #3. He kept arguing and would not hand over the large fries until I gave him the regular size chili cheese fries. I hardly complain and am always respectful, but when I get treated bad and unfairly that's a no no. This place is HORRIBLE. I will NEVER come here again that's a true statement. I will be very vocal to anyone and everyone to not visit this establishment! It's no wonder why their in south Whittier, that explains it! Betty's dirt, the manager Rudy is dirt and so is this wiener schnitzel location. STAY AWAY!! They literally don't deserve even 1 star it's a shame Yelp makes you Atleast out one.

Short staff not enough workers. I was waiting by the register for someone to take my order and no one came because the lady was busy at the drive thru window. Both ladies working had no customer service they looked over worked because of the short staff. It took 10 minutes to wait.
