I recently ordered food online from this spot to avoid waiting in line, but unfortunately, my experience left much to be desired. Despite my preference for a seamless pickup, the handling of my order lacked basic courtesy.Upon arrival, I noticed my food was carelessly tossed to me, which was disappointing given my intention to quickly grab my order. I approached the cashier, Reyna, hoping for a resolution. However, instead of acknowledging my concern, she responded with dismissiveness, even rolling her eyes—an attitude that does not align with customer service standards.To make matters worse, the manager, Frank, failed to intervene or address the situation appropriately, highlighting a lack of effective leadership. As a customer, feeling disregarded and disrespected is unacceptable, and it's evident that the staff at This Wing Stop could benefit from reevaluating their approach to customer service.Regrettably, this experience has led me to the decision not to return to. In an industry where customer satisfaction is paramount, it's essential for establishments to prioritize professionalism and respect. Until improvements are made, I will be taking my business elsewhere.

I ordered from Wingstop online for delivery, but my experience was not good. They forgot to include 16 wings in my order, which was a big disappointment. Overall, I wouldn't recommend Wingstop for delivery based on my experience with missing items.

Lately when I order through uber eats, they give me the tiniest pieces of chicken, almost laughable small. A friend told me once that BWW will give the undesired chicken pieces to the people who order delivery. It's safe to say this wingstop does the same. Beware of ordering delivery and getting the tiniest pieces. It is really messed up that they do that to customers. I ordered tonight around 9pm Friday 12/08/23. So it was someone on this shift who did this. I'm not sure if their boss advises them to give tiny pieces or it's the employee doing it out of laziness of actually making more chicken instead of giving what it seems like leftover pieces. Beware! Don't waste your money. From the looks of the other reviews, everyone has the same problem and the district manager just says sorry. He should offer a full refund to everyone as food is not cheap nowadays.

Absolutely horrible customer service I will never go to this one again. They need to hire people who are not worried about high school gossiping and crushes and more about their work. I NEVER LEAVE A BAD REVIEW! This store was extremely dysfunctional. Waited over an hour in store after placing a phone order. When I walked in NOBODY was working. Everyone was hanging out talking. The store was filled with people waiting for orders. First to come and last to leave. They had no order. I was very displeased with this service and will not be returning or recommending. Horrible service! They rushed my order once they noticed I was forgotten.

Hello business owner;To win back my business and resolve my issue, You can implement a training program for restaurant hygiene and share that your staff successfully completed the program, and implement a system that cross checks your order management to make sure that printed malfunctions don't hold up customer orders ( even cashier simply turning around and saying "new order", would work)

We dine here often because our son goes to karate in the same shopping center. We've been to other wing stops closer to home but the service is always terrible and wait time is ridiculous no matter if the order is placed online or over the phone. But this Wingstop has been so far our favorite. We prefer to come here as every time has been a good experience. Today, we were greeted upon entering, our order was repeated for accuracy, and there was transparency about the wait time, which was nice. Oh, and we were helped with accessing the restroom as we had trouble opening with the code. Thank you "Olivia" for a nice experience. Even my son said Olivia was really, nice upon leaving! :)
