Well, I have the application and I have placed orders...I always order the combo of 10 traditional wings and they gave us 5 boneless for free,,,now I ordered the same thing and they charged me for the boneless wings that I thought were free,,,they never told me That promotion is no longer there...another thing,,,the seasoned corn was too spicy,,,I placed an order to take to my daughter who does not eat spicy and I ordered it with a little seasoning,,it seems that I told them extra seasoning,,, They were extremely spicy...my daughter didn't eat them, I threw them in the trash

I will fine a other wing stop with a larger parking to go to in the future.Kid-friendliness: Cashiers was very helpful. T l told him that it was my first time here. It seems like this location doesn’t know how to treat their employees right that’s why I always see new faces when I go in, saw what appeared to be the store manager ?? Katrina ?? Yelling at employee from the front of the store to the back of it. Very unprofessional nobody wants to eat while hearing the employees get mistreated.

The food was great. The service was also great! However entrance is right by a rat infested dumpster. We saw about 20 rats on our way out! It was disgusting.

Very unprofessional customer service. Bought $60 worth of food and they forgot half my order, never gave me a receipt. I called 5x and no answer. I came back for free voodoo fries, extra fries and veggie sticks.!! Who would go out of their way for this? Instead of apologizing for inconvenience they provided disrespect and bad attitude. Dismissed me and my concerns “I can’t help you, there’s nothing we can do” is all they said. Showed them my bank receipt, didn’t not even check to look up my order. The women helping me didn’t give me her name so she has 0 regard. Dirty store, frustrated employees. Rude customer service.

This was the worst Wingstop I've been to. The wings are flavorless. Either they water down the sauces or they don't put enough due to the owner being cheap. Honestly, I ordered (lemon hot) first of all forgot to put the lemon pepper. I asked if they could and they put very little, the hot sauce didn't taste hot at all. It was like red dye. All I tasted was chicken. Worst Wingstop around. Please find somewhere else peeps!!! This is not it!!!
