I don't usually get good service here last time girl at the front seemed kind of rude but today Michealup front was super kind and seemed like a genuine guy helped us choose a combo/ deal. I would come to this location again because of him Forsure. Great guy.

I'm not sure what the low star reviewers are talking about because I've been hesitant before to eat at this location Because of the low reviews but I still did and I'm so glad I did because the service that was provided by jay,& I believe her name was Kat was very friendly and professional:-)! - - Ambiance wise it does get busy depending on days and hours ! I've been on days when it's steady and then busy but I've never waited more than 15minutes for my order which is a reasonable time to prep and cook the wings! -- -- - And for the food Ive dined in and ordered out ! Each time the food is cooked to perfection. I always order the triple meal deal the portions are very generous & so is the sauce which is why I love this location the saucier the better in my opinion!! And the fries are always nicely seasoned and crispy !!! Overall I really love this location don't judge a cover by its book! :-)

The post is based on service provided during Super Bowl Sunday. I preordered our food and it was ready when we got there that was the only good part. The only reason I'm leaving a one star is because the coke machine was all out and they didn't have a sign stating that or letting customers know in advance. We completely left the restaurant and had to go back to replace soda with something else. I blame management for not ordering proper products for the demand you know you're going to have in advance. Go to a different location, safe your time and money on this location.

I ordered delivery today and was very excited to spend great night with their boneless meal deal. However, it just turned into disappointment. The bag wasnt even sealed well so honestly i wasnt even sure if my french fries were untouched because it was just in open basket. When i opened the bag i could tell right away that the fries are definitely soggy. It seems like it was cooked more than an hour ago. Also, 5 different flavors of boneless wings were packed in ONE medium sized box. The box was too small to fit all these so sauces got mixed up. Also, wings were very soggy too. I tried limited lakers legendary garlic flavor and could not tell the difference between this and garlic parmesan so i wasnt even sure they have sent right order. I feel like i wasted my money and time.

I was so impressed with this man's customer service I asked him his name and his position his name was Jimmy and he's the general manager this man is an ACE IN THE HAND for Wingstop. Wingstop you need to listen up tand give this man a raise this man knows what he's doing to keep customers coming back for more. Was kind of sad to see a 3.3 Google review I'm trying my hardest to make it to what I felt it was this thing is a five five star review for sure come on people you guys start giving reviews on on great customer service because it's most definitely HERE AT Whitewood Wingstop For Sure ?

I must say the service here has changed drastically during my last few visits, in a good way! Not sure if management changed or employees were re-trained or maybe new staff. But I used to DREAD when my kids would ask for wingstop because in the past, I've placed orders on the app & they had me wait 20-30 minutes even longer when I showed up. Like they hadn't even started making my food until I walked in to pick up my order (happened several times). The last few visits, placed my order on the app, walked in and they were packing everything up. I always get greeted when I walk in and employees are much friendlier. Not sure what changed but I will visit more often now!

This Wingstop is buns. Ordered extra seasoning on fries and barely got any seasoning. Also Cajun dust on wings was stingy. Soda machine was out of Coke syrup. Not coming to this one ever again. Also survey website doesn't work.
