This location has one seriously disturbed employee. I've been frequenting this location for 4 months and always received excellent service, except with this one employee who I have only begin seeing for about the last month (assuming she's new?). She always meanders from the backroom as if you're an interruption. Never smiles, greets, says thank you for visiting them. She whispers so you can't hear and then acts all put out when you ask her to repeat what she said. Today was the last straw when while making my purchase I asked a simple question about one of the products and she completely flips out and begins to verbally attack me for no reason. This person absolutely should not be dealing with the public. If she acts this way with an adult, I would hate to see her interaction with children. This is definitely not a family friendly location. Avoid at all costs.

The yogurt was good, but tbh the girls were rude and have a tone that they didn't want the customers there. She already had a bad impression once we entered the facility. If they don't want to work then they need to find something new. Honestly, disappointing.

This location has almost no flavors. The staff is nice and it’s kept clean but there’s almost never any plain tart flavor and there’s like 5 flavors to choose from.

Hardly any flavors to choose from and the heavy set Hispanic girl was rude, busy talking to her boyfriend jerry.... lousy attitude... we had to wait to pay cause she was busy talking.

It is cool how you can use gloves to serve your own toppings. Very messy place and not very much of a variety in frozen yogurt flavors. Also, my favorite flavor of plain tart tasted a little off but still edible. I plan on going out of my way to visit a different location. I suggest anyone else to do the same.

Walked in with no one behind the counter. Very little flavors and all of the machines were down. Leaned over the counter and saw someone sitting in a chair, wearing headphones and playing on their phone. Made a U turn and walked out the door

Flavors sucked and all were low or something as they barely came out and sorry for the price it's not worth it if rather hit one of the many others that are more reasonable and have decent flavors in stock

The yogurt tasted good, but they'll probably be out of every flavor when you go.. just FYI - if your wanting something specific I would call before hand and ask.. Also, it was not very clean, everything looked like a hot mess

I was not impressed they didn't even have good flavors. And than they didn't have a self serve toppings.. And the girls working were rude. I mean I asked for Strawberries she gave me 5. I asked for toffee she gave me barely a spoonful, asked for coconut same thing. I had to ask for more... and than she became rude a dumped the coconut.. I really won't be back to this location... I knew I should of went across the street, I wont make this mistake again.

Employees aren't very friendly. Zero customer service skills. I haven't come here in awhile because I hated how you couldn't put your own toppings anymore. I understood during the thick of the pandemic but things are way more calmed down now and Covid is here to stay so it might be time to give the customers the ability to put their own toppings again since that's the FUN part of the whole thing. Until that happens, I'll be going to Menchies. My kids love putting their own toppings.

Even tho they only had like 5-7 flavors available (plain, sorbet, strawberry, chocolate, cookies and cream, and 2 I've cream flavors), I appreciated that it was clean, masks were required, and it wasn't a self-serve topping station. The two employees that were there were also really nice!
