Awkward service. And I never thought a bowl of ramen could ruin my day. Had the miso tonkotsu and it was undercooked/not warm enough. Pieces of the pork felt too cold and the whole bowl tasted like freezer burn. It was also way too crunchy and the noodles were too firm. My partner had the chicken tonkotsu which they said was good, but even then the chicken was dry. We also were only given one napkin and shared it throughout the whole dinner. And we had only one pair of chopsticks to begin with. When we walked out at the end, we also noticed they had a B rating for sanitation... Left an uneasy taste in my mouth.Overall, very disappointing considering the inside is very cute and has cozy vibes. Sad the food didn't match.

The ramen soup is not hot. The server asked me if I accepted they microwave my food. I can't accept microwave my food from the ramen restaurant. I told him it's not restaurant standard's food. It's not cheap to eat out nowadays. So I can't accept to pay restaurant prices and eat microwave food. So disappointing! I will never come again!!!

Though the food here is good. The service is terrible. One time I went for lunch, sat down and had to weight 10 minutes to be offered a menu and drink. Then when I asked for a place setting because there wasn't one, instead of apologizing and taking care of it, I was told to go get one from another table. Tonight I went again sat down and waited again for 10 minutes with no one coming over to ask me anything or give a menu. I finally walked out and will not be going back. There are plenty of other ramen restaurants in the area that I can spend my money at this one is done

Service was horrible , food was mediocre. We waited 30 minutes for rolls that we ordered, nobody notified us if it was coming out or not. I called someone to update us on the order and they just told me to void it , as if we weren’t waiting for that long to even get it. Horrible service and didn’t even apologize.

Been there a couple of times because it's close. Tastes good, yet I give 3 stars for food because their ramen soup sometimes comes out just little hotter than lukewarm. That's a no no for me. Serve it hot please ?

I love the food here. Great options for people who do not eat pork. They have chicken and veggie options which are delicious. I had the veggie ramen and the chicken matsubi. My partner had the pork ramen which was a good portion bowl with lots of topping. Great service as well. Got green tea was delicious as well not generic. Def would recommend to everyone

The 1st time I tried the Ramen, it was terrible. 2nd time, it was okay. The 3rd time, I thought, hmm its pretty good. When I tried the Ramen at this place, it was excellent. The only issue is that this place can be very busy and the orders could be backed up which is very understandable. I would keep coming back here at this location because I can't get enough of it now.
Came here with my teenage brother because he swore this place was the best. After trying the spicy miso tonkutso, I say I completely disagree. The broth had no flavor whatsoever. The pork pieces were served cold and also had no real flavor. Overall, I would not come back nor recommended. There are several other places that I’ve been that are much better. I don’t understand the hype of this place. The flavor is majorly lacking. Also, $17 per bowl is steep specially considering it is nothing memorable nor delicious.

This was my third time coming here and I'm still impressed with the service and food! Service was quick and very accommodating, and the tanokatsu Black ramen (sorry if I spelled it wrong ) was great as always. The place is very cozy as well! Will continue sharing this place with friends and family :)
