They fill the entire cup with ice, if you ask for light ice they give you like 4 ice cubes. Now Starbucks requests tip before credit payment which makes you feel rude if you don't leave a tip. But my coffee is made poorly 80% of the time. Today both my bf and my coffee were both watery. They were just disappointing. We go to this one instead of the closer one because sometimes they get it right. But do they not measure anymore?? It just seems consistency is an issue at many drink places these days.

I've only been to this location a few times however the baristas seem to remember my drink every time. Kaelin is always super sweet and accommodating. They once didn't have brewed chai so she went out of her way to make me my chai with their other chai while having a great conversation with me and taking other customers orders and it was still delicious. Thank you for the wonderful experience and great training in these baristas

Ordered at the wrong location somehow. The Hidden Springs/Clinton Keith location told me it was here. Turns out it was much further away. Either way, this is not the first time I’ve made this mistake. Every other time the barista volunteers to make the drink when I show them i legit ordered & paid for it. These folks were very apathetic & wasted my time by not just telling me directly that they did not want to make it. Patty said, “well are you going that way?”If I was going that way I wouldn’t have asked if you would make it anyway. I’m irritated and caffeine free.Spoke to the manager at the California Oaks & 15 location. She advised that she couldn’t give me a refund over the phone & that they usually make the coffee even if it’s ordered at the wrong place. So I went back in & Clarissa or Clarinda & Patty looked at me suspiciously like I was trying to steal the coffee. They made me feel super uncomfortable. Clarissa (sp) finally capitulated & said, “I can make it this one time but you paid for the supplies at the other location not here.”At that point I was upset & embarrassed so I left. Called the other location back & the manager was very apologetic. She said she would f/u with the store & offered me a gift card if I decided to come in. I did and the staff was nice & apologetic about the situation.I hate to say it but I believe wholeheartedly that if I looked different I wouldn’t have had this experience.

They brewed a pot of Christmas Blend to serve me a double cup venti, rather than a pour over. It was great. Great location and staff.Vegetarian options: Their Impossible sausage breakfast sandwich is excellent anytime day or night.
