The Customer Service i received from employee Jenny was absolutely amazing , she was super sweet and personal . Made me feel like i was making a sandwich in the comfort of my own home and wonderfully made . She is def one of the best subway employees i've ever come into contact with .

A white male with dark hair added a $2.91 tip onto my bill without noticing. Called and asked for a manger and was given a female who said she was the manager. She then hangs up on me and will not answer phone calls. This place is ram by a thief. Check your receipt.Manager please call me. Cops will be involved.

000000 Stars!! Most absolutely most HORRIFYING experience EVER!!!!!! We ordered our sandwiches and asked for mayo on one side and mustard on the other. This girl (looked really young) didn't get her name but was rude! Rolled her eyes, ripped off her glove, and said, "Now I've got to change my gloves!" Then slammed things. It was HORRIBLE! Then, when I told her she shouldn't work for Subway if she wasn't happy with her job. This other lady (JENNY) came "to her rescue" and said she didn't do anything wrong. I asked her if she would tell a customer that with a bad attitude? Jenny's reply was, "You don't need to insult her." Somehow, this horrible experience was on me?! I simply told her, "If a customer is giving this kind of advice, it's because she is making me feel a certain kind of way. Then she plopped a huge amount of mayo as she was telling me off! Disgusting! This is unacceptable, and honestly, there is no need for me to feel this way! NEEDLESS TO SAY BOTH SADWICHES ARE IN THE TRASH!!!!...NEVER AGAIN!!! 0000000 stars!

The girl that started making our sandwiches very rude and had attitude. She wasn't following the special instructions that we added. After that is when the attitude and rudeness started. She had a problem because she had to change her gloves and then she started slamming the mayo and mustard down. She made me feel very uncomfortable. She said I could sit down and she would let me know when the sandwiches were ready. After my experience that I had so far, I didn't trust her, so I continued to wait there. She rolled her eyes and sighed like it was a problem. That's when I advised her if she didn't like her job then she shouldn't be there. Then more attitude came out and then she went to the back and another employee named Jenny finished the sandwiches. Jenny turned everything around and started blaming me! She was just as rude. Apparently there was no management there to handle this situation. If the employees don't like working in public maybe they should find employment in another field. I will never go there again!

I always get the same sandwich when I go to Subway.Whole grain bun, sliced beef, 2 wedges of cheese, tomatoes, banana peppers, green pepper, red onions, lettuce, spinach, and plenty of cucumbers, and the house dressing that is similar to Italian dressing. The problem was this Subway did not have that dressing. I had to settle for some kind of oil. My fabulous sandwich just wasn't the same. It needed the right dressing. It was good just not fabulous.
