...had my first @subway footlong around 1986. nobody should ever be consuming anything that big but i'll always have room in my belly for an italian bmt. does adding a shit ton of jalapeños qualify this as a torta?

Not sure why this location doesn't have that many stars. I usually go to the Subway on Washington, but came to this one instead. So glad I did. I was assisted by Chad who was absolutely amazing. He was very professional, nice, and patient. I even watched as he interacted with an older gentleman before me and he was great. My sandwich was really good but the five stars is because of Chad! He was awesome!

I had to check the reviews to ensure it was not just me that had an issue with this restaurant. Today, I ordered a sandwich and asked for it to be toasted. The person who was fixing the food twisted up her face and asked, "Do you normally order it like that? Is that normal for you to get it toasted?".Needless to say, I wanted to assume she was making conversation but she clearly was disturbed by making my food. People work to hard for their money to spent it where they are being subject to a company employee's rudeness and judgment. Just sad.

It’s so irritating, I don’t understand how or why, whoever is running this location thinks it is ok to not properly train your staff to make a sandwich. Where is the pride? Where is the passion? Their title is sandwich artist. Not one person here can make a sandwich properly or nicely, it sure don’t look or taste like a sandwich artist made it. I use to work for Subway and I even worked at this exact location as well. Every one of my sandwiches I made looked appealing and beautiful. I made a sandwich look like a sandwich you wanted to eat. I layered my product nicely and neatly. I literally made sandwich art. Customers use to request for ME -Jacob- to make their sandwiches. I’m so irritated that no one has any pride or passion. I can’t even eat my sandwich, it’s horrible. I’m tempted to go back into Subway rn and show all your workers how to make a sandwich properly, neatly, nicely and beautiful for free of charge.

We ordered online four different sandwiches last night 3/1/24 all of them we requested to be toasted and all of them were extremely cold and tasted very old. My bf and I became very sick from ours and my kid's couldn't even finish theirs. We spent over $40 for poor quality and a night in the restroom. The outlaw sandwich had very little anything on it. It is very unsettling the fact that you go and try to order dinner for your family and hope to have a decent meal and instead get complete disappointed especially during such a costly time we are having in life right now.
