Food is usually fine as long as they actually manage to get it correct which never seems to happen through the drive through. Even after repeating it correctly back to me it's still wrong. Been coming here for 3 years and every time they manage to mess it up somehow every single time. What's the point of a drive through if I have to come in to get my order corrected? Lacks management and care, manager in plain clothes, employees don't get paid enough to care I'm sure, and drive through is always overwhelmed with just a few cars.

they are ALWAYS screwing up our orders. multiple times we've ordered two patties, but only got 1 patty. they have also failed to include the fries when we've ordered meals.

I can't really give an honest food score cause my order was never taken. I arrived Friday around 352pm. They were overwhelmed with 1 car at the DT and no other customers waiting but me. I just wanted a cone but the 3 employees with the headsets on were too busy talking with one another on the headsets then to bother with a counter customer. They were so distracted they almost sent the car with an incomplete order. I walked out.

Took about 8 minutes from order to receiving food. Not bad at all since it was all cooked fresh. The iced tea had a strange taste, so I threw it out. Then I noticed that the lid was off. Decided to go for a fountain soda instead. Food was delicious. Hot and fresh. Definitely a place to go.

I won’t talk about the food since we know how habit food tastes like but the service and the wait is the worst by far!!! How do you wait in driveway for minimum 30 minutes and get the nasty attitude from the window? Have the decency to address the customers kindly after a 30 min wait in drive through…i hope the owner knows about this and does something about it….

The service from the short, young female Hispanic manager that was in charge of the drive-through window tonight was literally awful. She forgot my sandwich in my drive-through order so I had to drive all the way back and when I did, she tried to give me the sandwich that had been sitting there and was old. The rest of my order was already cold because she forgot my sandwich in the first place and now she's trying to give me a cold sandwich. The only reason I'm giving them two stars is for the gentleman who was the cook who actually helped me and gave me a brand new hot sandwich instead of the old one that had been sitting there that the girl was trying to tell him to give me. He was great, and I will be coming back because of him. The female manager was awful though, and she lacked customer service skills. I used to be a restaurant manager for many years and I can tell you that she is not a good manager to her employees or the guests.

Tonight was my first time at The Habit Burger Grill and I am super impressed. My family and I thought the food was amazing. I got the Santa Barbara Char and WOW was I in for a treat. Definitely recommend this place and for sure I will be back.

Ordered curb side pickup for my daughter. She loves her food however the. I'd side pick up could be better. I checked in and waited. I eventually went in because we had food in the car from another place and I didn't want it to get cold. There was literally no one at the counter,nor in line. The food was sitting on the counter. I asked for our food and left. Not sure why our food wasn't brought out. Although, it was not a long wait outside, there was literally no one in there at the time. I am updating my review due to being contacted by management and rectifying the situation. I appreciate being contacted as this is an example of excellent customer service! Thank you!
