Love love love all their drinks. The food was really fresh and satisfying as well. Staff have always been nice to me, and i love how you can customize your teas. I love to see how the company has grown, really inspiring.

I honestly don’t leave reviews (good nor bad) because I end up feeling like a Karen but by god please train your employees better. If a new employ doesn’t know how to make a certain drink they shouldn’t be asking the customer about 3 times how to make it or if that drink even exist (Ive order the same thing since they opened here in Wilmington when I was in highschool) instead they could ask another coworker or sup or manager how, it’s okay. Another thing would be that I was given the drink and was give it HOT instead of COLD and when told they got it wrong they accused me of basically lying because we never said it was hot like?? Lady I described my drink to the new guy like 20 times specifying that it’s a COLD drink in both English and Spanish, is two languages not enough? And She still has the audacity to tell me she can’t redo it and instead pour it over ice for me… to which I responded no thank you because everyone knows heat melts ice and last time I checked I didn’t ask for milk mixed with water, nasty. She then signed and told me fine she’ll redo it and I still told her thank you. But honestly this is on me because everyone in Wilmington that used to be hooked on hojas knows it’s not the same any more and it’s gone down hill especially the service. EDIT: y’all the food ain’t much either cuz like where’s the turkey in my turkey sandwich ?

If only the staff would answer the phone for the people picking up orders. The downfall is that they take too long for everything. Their products have decreased. Also, the staff is rude and don’t smile. You can improve.

Cute little coffee and tea cafe around the corner. Amazing specialty coffee and teas. We had coffee and breakfast. It was delicious!

Drink - had my go to - a hot Crema con Miel. Always yummy. Service - the workers were super friendly, thank you! Seating - plenty of seating. I was able to sit in the corner booth. Only thing, I wish they had a power outlet in this corner. I used the outlet from the high table set next to me. Wifi - the reason why I dropped my review to 3 versus 4 stars. They've got to upgrade the internet service. Only like 3 of us here on laptops. The internet keeps disconnecting.

I love everything about hojas. It is my Go-To spot. My usual will be coconut i fusion w/ extra coconut or the cold brew w/ full coconut. ONLY thing i can say is that they are not open at 6. Between 615-630 they are usually ready. So sucks when i cant get my fix before work at 630 :(

I love the stinky bagel & morrocan tea, it's my go to for breakfast when I have to be at work but the chicken Chinese salad is just the same treat They have awesome food & tea, the food pares greatly with the tea & customer service
