What a fantastic Yelp find! La Taqueria Brand is well-deserving of their 4.5 stars!! First of all this place is very clean and has a nice indoor eating area and a nice outdoor eating area. You can come inside and order, order from the outside window or go through the drive-up window. They have an amazing salsa bar with avocado salsa, raw salsa, fire roasted tomatillo, habanero salsa, pickled jalapeños, cucumbers, pinto beans, grilled jalapeños and grilled onions - and all were excellent. On to the food. All the food that we had here was spectacular! The lady taking our order recommended the Canajillo Shrimp Burrito ($13.99) which is a hot flour tortilla, wonderfully seasoned Mexican rice, shredded white cheese, cabbage, pick de gallo, cilantro crema & smoked adobo mustard dressing - and it was out of this world! My girlfriend got the Lt Plato ($10.99) which was your choice of protein (she got asada), rice, refried beans, lettuce, pico de gallo & crema - and it too was spectacular! I couldn't resist the homemade Horchata ($5.50) which was one of the best I've ever had. She also gave us a Micheagus ($7.00) drink which was amazing. We also got their homemade Churros ($7.50) They were soft and donut like inside and crispy outside...and these actually were the best churros I have ever had - and I don't say that lightly, they were legit the best I've EVER had! I can't believe how good this entire meal was! I had to do this review right away because I do t want forget this place next time I'm in Wilmington. Well done La Taqueria Brand - we will definitely be back!! I really want to try their Birria Ramen ($13.99) which looks like a very innovative crossover.

Delicious, everything!!! I got the el Plato with asada and it was delightful! Everything was good, the rice, beans, but mostly the well seasoned and asada. Mmmm steak! Boyfriend took the recommendation of the super helpful woman Murial who works here and got the canilo shrimp burrito, wow!!! It's huge and so so so good! She also told us that since it was our first time that we got free churros. I was expecting one for us to share but no, it's like we got a whole free order and I have to say they were the best we have ever had. Sweet, crispy, served warm and had a gooey almost donut like center. So bomb! Boyfriend also got the horchata and that was creamy and made us sing. We asked for chips and they were also freshly fried and so tasty. They have the best salsa bar and we had to try them all. Murial also brought us a drink rimmed with chili called micheaguas and I'm obsessed. It's sweet and spicy and exciting! This place has exceeded our expectations and I can't wait to come again, wow, what a find! Music was kind of a fun club vibe, and had us nodding our heads and dancin in our seats. This place is awesome!
