I was so excited about this spot. I've been working in Wilmas for about a week now. The entire time I've been getting reels from social media about this joint. Finally i took the crew for lunch today. I ordered the chile Verde burrito and the other guys got the paisa. Needless to say the darn burrito was too spicy to even enjoy. My mouth is still burning and it's 7pm. This burn has lingered since noon. Lol. I can eat spicy but beyond tasting the food is just a big no for me. The paisa burrito didn't even come with chorizo like it claimed. My entire crew are Mexicanos and they did not approve. At least put up a warning sign. I understand you want to be authentic but dayum! Give it a try and support the small business. Place is the bomb born and raised in Wilmington I remember my parents taking us kids their 1 of the best childhood memories for food moved to phx az in 94 and still live here don't know why lol but know I take my family their every time we go visit bout 5 6 times a year now my family is hook 1 of the best O G mexican food
