Th BEST Asian fusion food! The food is savory and delicious, I DEFINITELY RECOMMEND. They have fusion specialties, bowls and burgers. I had the surf and turf dragon bowl and my husband had the cowboy burgers and the meat was cooked to perfection and all the flavors so good!

I've been lucky enough to try Chef Justin's food multiple times!I must say that from his pop ups, the dragon dog and the dragon fries are probably my favorite.But on certain occasions he has his Umami Noodles. These noodles were in a competition that I attended and I believe they have gotten first! That being said these are a must have when it's available!

As a food vendor in game, all I can say is I'm impressed with URBN Market Fusion and Chef Justin. In transparency, most food products fall short on the value scale so it's rare I recall or even crave to eat another vendor's food. But just like The Book of Life (for you scripture students out there), once you're on it, you're in forever - that's the case with URBN.I've had the pleasure to try the "Dragon Dog" and the "Dragon Burger". IMO, both are in the top tier of their respective categories. The taste of the asian fusion really shines through. Emphasis on the fusion, whereas other's attempt to force uncomplimentary tastes and call it "fusion", chef Justin goes deep into craft of blending the ingredients to bring out the right combinations and nuances of the flavors so there is no clash only harmony. It's something you have to taste for yourself.They are based in Murrieta but travel all around the IE. Check out their schedule posted on IG so you can catch them at the next even near you. They even cater too.

Outstanding! Justin brought his URBN Market Fusion popup kitchen to serve our amphitheater concert on Saturday 7/2. It was a fun event, made even better by Justin's a m a z i n g food!I talked to many of our attending friends, family, performers, volunteers and random rock fans who expressed their love for the food they got from URBN Market Fusion. Several went back for more!One just wanted a snack so ordered the Hurricane Kettle Chips - I got to try a few - and MMM! They're so different, and delicious.I had the Fusion Burger and wow, that was the best metaleffin' burger I have ever tasted, and I have tasted many.We're grateful to have found URBN Market Fusion - great food, great service, and great people to work with. We'll be calling them again ... and again.We highly recommend URBN Market Fusion to others who are looking for a food vendor or caterer for an event. We loved having them at Temecula RockFest 2022. URBN was a vendor at our city’s Easter event today and I had the pleasure of meeting the talented cooks and workers AND enjoying a delicious angus burger! It was seriously amazing and I loved the vibes of everyone. Will definitely visit their restaurant to indulge more!
Urban Market was so good! I ended up trying the street dawgs, hurricane kettle chips, and the grilled cheese! The street dawgs had there own Asian influence and made it just that much better! The hurricane kettle chips tasted so good and you can tell they are made in house, the sweet sauce on top really seals the deal with this one. The grilled cheese used 3 different cheese’s and it was grilled perfectly! The flavor is everywhere and it was good toast which complimented the cheese well!We are fans! We’ll be back again, check them out!
