“It was just another Saturday. My hubby and I went to Portillo's for an early lunch then headed to Sky High Disc Golf. We love their dipped Italian beef. Yes. To die for. I hung my handbag on my chair while eating. Then walked right out. I didn't even realize I lost my bag until hours later. My hubby and I called Portillo's when we realized I lost my bag there and they told me my bag was in the safe. We returned and EVERYTHING was still in there, including the cash. I have to get on a flight tomorrow for work and I can't imagine what would have happened if I didn't have my ID and my cards. The also keep it very clean. The area is not the best but the food is worth it. The bathrooms are for customers only and they will hand you the key. Bathroom was also very clean. “My wife and I visited Vicky's after church today. This was one of her parent's favorite places. She wanted Mexican food and decided on the carne asada plate. I chose the pork chops, but got the breakfast as it was a lot cheaper. We were both very pleased with our orders. She was able to make herself four tacos and loved her rice and beans. My pork chops had great flavor. I loved my hash browns as well. My two eggs and biscuits and gravy were also very good. An added bonus was at the drinks fountain. They had grape soda. When do you ever see grape soda? I enjoyed the change...mmmm! The service was outstanding and everyone in the place was cheery. Great atmosphere.“
