Worst subway I’ve ever been too, the people who work here need to be re-evaluated

I used the tap to pay feature at check out and a $4 tip was added on. I didn't realize it until everything was done. When I said something about it, the manager said he couldn't do anything about it and to be careful next time. I did not approve to adding on a $4 tip.

So we made an online order. And after waiting 20 mins I asked if it was ready because the app said it was ready to pic up. When I asked at 30 mins no sandwich still. I was told to be patient with them. So after waiting 46 mins they start to make my sandwich. No thanks gotta go back to work hungry now. Wife and child drove an hour to have lunch with me so yeah you get 1 star if I could give you zero I would. Also your employees should have hair nets or hats on.

They never answer their phone. Really early in the morning they never answer. I guess they don’t want businesses to make big orders! Also during the rest of the day they almost never answer to take orders over the phone.

Typical subway. Sucks!! The bread is toasted far beyond consumption. Who puts the mayo and mustard on like salad dressing?! It needs to go on the bread why is that something subway doesn’t recognize. Also the majority of Subways are owned by the same people that own all the gas stations………disgusting

The bread was stale. Nothing ruins a sandwich like stale bread. I went at 12:00pm on a Friday. Their selection of chips was low and they had no cookies. Employees were nice, however I took my sandwich to go. UPDATE: my sandwich contained chicken avocado and onions, and I now have food poisoning
The staff here are great and they got my pastrami sandwich right. I bought 2 chocolate chip cookies ? as well

They were quick and friendly. I usually get the veggie delight and at some places I have to request more veggies than they put on and they cop an attitude. This place did not have that problem. GREAT SERVICE!!!

The one in visalia pick up something off the floor then. though my clean food and see nothing worng with that and I all ready pay for the food I booo you next time I see that I waned to talked with the manager

I've only been here twice this year and each time was an underappreciated expierence. The first time the guy had to finish his text before taking my order, giving his co worker the finger to wait while he finishes whatever "important" he has going on his phone . Poor attitude, poor work ethic.
