I love this place I come here all the time to get their smoothies or juices. Their coffee is great ! simple but great. It's cheaper than Starbucks and organic!

Great Açaí bowls. Go everyday after the gym to have the amazon protein bowl. Inexpensive and full of protein and nutrients. Highly recommend.

One person working in the Juice Bar, with 5 people waiting in line to order, and other people still waiting for their orders. I've called the managers at Wholefoods to speak with them about this. In fact, I've spoken to them at least twice about this specific issue. Each time they said they'd make a note of it. After months, it's still the same problem. I hate this place. Never ordering anything from that juice bar again. The managars should have the courage to say "we can't have more than 1 person in the juice bar", instead of BS like "We'll make a note of this"

Avoid this Whole Foods like the plague. The one on Ventura in Tarzana is way better staffed and managed. Empty shelves, poor selection on fresh produce, most veggies and fruits are not even organic. Very sparse selection on everything else. Whoever the product manager is for this store has awful taste. Staff is sluggish and slow during checkout. Security DGAF on quarantine in-out line speed and isnt paying attention. The already prepared food looks old and fetid. These tiny popup Whole Foods are garbage, lets just stick with nice large stores like in Pasadena. The only worse Whole Foods in LA would be the tiny stores situated in West side LA.

The worst kind of customer service is not doing everything possible to keep people safe and secure. Today I'm at this wholefoods, and there's a guy who has taken off his mask and is coughing loudly without even covering his mouth. I was waiting for my coffee at the coffee/juice stand, and then I went the security guy standing at the door and told him there's a guy who took off his mask and is coughing, and is leaving his mask off! The security guy said "Who?" I said "Right behind me". The guy who took off his mask was waiting in line, and he was clearly in sight just a few feet away. The security guy then tells me to tell the cashiers. I'm like "WTF?! Aren't you at work here right now?" I tell the security guy that I can see my coffee is ready and I'm going to grab it. Nothing was done about this, because nobody talked to the guy. I called the store and spoke with one of the management people. Annie was the person I spoke with. I told her what I wrote in this review. Annie said "Oh, it would be better to deal with this as it was happening." I told her that I did report it as it was happening, to the security guy. She said "The security is a third party company. You should have told a store manager". I don't even know who the store manager is, and I already told someone who works there, third party or not , he is working at this place for purpose of "security", right? I guess not. I don't know why the security guy couldn't have told a store manager. By the way, I've also seen that same security guard spitting just outside the store entrance where people walk in and out and wait in line to get in the store. He is an older guy who always wears military style boots, and speaks with a Russian-sounding accent. When I spoke with Annie on the phone, she basically just said "I hear ya". To me "I hear ya" is not good enough. Saying something like "I'm really sorry this happened and it will be dealt with today. I'll speak with security to ensure we have a better system of communication..." something like this would have been better than "I hear ya"

I love Whole Foods but this particular Whole Foods has gone down hill! They were not helpful At all and when it came to check out I was not able to use my amazon prime discount because I was asked for a code from our home e-mail and my husband wasn't home to give it to mom and I could not completely log in! I have used my account many times before and it should be in their system! I spoke to Helo desk and they would not work with me at all-I wanted to and not take the groceries with me But in this crazy time that would be rediculous!

Hair in the food ! This will be the second time I have had hair in my food from this Whole Foods . The management reflects the I do not care attitude . In fact I do not l is anyone who thinks Rocky the manger has any respect nor teaches respect . He suggested we meet in the parking lot so he could show me how tough he was . It got heated after I was called rude because I called to complain that my 8 dollar tuna was hairy . I suppose this is why it has 3 stars . So after calling a friend who shopped there he told me the place was worse then just hair . It appears that Amazon ownership has turned Whole Foods into a dump . So hair , bugs , dirty store all with a virus going on . Pretty disgusting and worse is the just don't seem to care . I promise I opened the sealed container and just me and I don't have much hair and had a hat on . 8 inch piece of hair . Rocky said could not happen . Alls I can say is please do as I am going to do and stay away . I am sure they won't miss the 200 or so a week I spend there . Or maybe just look closely at the floors , parking lot , the people , the shelves and check your food . Make it an adventure (said tongue and cheek )

I normally love this location, but unfortunately my recommendation is now to check any pre-packaged tortillas before purchasing. I just purchased some through Amazon-Whole Foods (2-hour delivery) and both packages contained mold on several tortillas.

I thought if you worked in food service you had to wear a hair net. But you are wearing a beard net...ok. The breakfast and dinner selections are worse than eating at a random diner on your way out of town. Eggs - Watery And why does there need to be 4 types of eggs? Egg whites, eggs with cheese, eggs with bacon, and eggs? Huh. The plain spread shows what kind of people are preparing the food and how many brain cells they have. Burnt tater tots? Burnt Brussels sprouts DRY chicken breast with bone cut in half without sauce Uneven cuts of sushi again no hair net. Use of same gloves to touch trash and food and face and hair and nose and eyes. DO YOU KNOW HOW TO PROPERLY HANDLE FOOD. Who consistently burns bacon and sausage? The smoothie bar is so dirty. I mean wtf is going on here. And does anyone speak English anymore.

I came here to order one of my favorite sandwiches during my lunch break and became underwhelmed to find that there was no aioli or sundried tomatoes...the grilled onions were cold and weirdly textured and too big...and the directions to make the sandwiches are all there in front of the sandwich bar... D: *first world problems* Maybe I'll try again next time and double-check. Still love hanging out in their covered outdoors patio. It's so relaxing for a lunch break. PARKING Available for free in the lot

If you want to buy the freshest, local, organic, natural fruits, vegetables, meat, fish and prepared meals I would highly recommend Whole Foods. Some people could say this store is pricy. But I think we all should pay for quality. Especially, if you have Amazon prime membership they could offer you a bunch of deals. We really love this certain grocery and have some products we usually buy only here. One thing I do not like about Whole Foods Market on Ventura is parking. There are really tiny and small spaces near by the store. I have no idea how they can fix this situation, but they should come up with something.

I always get the 2 pieces of pizza for $7 and it's always really good. Also they always have different food samples and sometimes I find new items I like the customer service is really good. This time was really exciting one of the customers gott locked inside the bathroom when the door handle broke off. Employee Frank gets a 5 Stars for getting the guy out it took 15 minutes but Frank never gave up. Frank 5 Star Employee

SUBJECT: ROTTEN SHRIMP FROM WHOLE FOODS STORE which I order via Amazon same day delivery service. I ordered two pounds shrimp for $42 from Whole Foods via amazon Whole Foods delivery service same day service. Just arrived. Product is rotten and cannot be eaten. I spent $42 and got rotten un eatable two pounds of shrimp which were advertised as fresh and fresh cooked. I am terribly disappointed and want a refund. I will never order any sea food from Whole Foods ever again. As I said product delivered is rotten and un eatable and foul smelling. I wonder if health department is aware of rotten shrimp sold by Whole Foods. I shall avoid buying shrimp or any other seafood from Whole Foods ever again. I notified Amazon where I placed order. After tasting the rotten shrimp and swallowing I now feel ill and nauseated and feel like throwing up. If needed ai shall seek treatment at hospital ER for food poisoning from the rotten shrimp!

I spent my morning here recently for the first time. Nice place, good coffee, ( love their Lavender Latte) and relaxing atmosphere. The service was friendly. I want to return if given an opportunity.
