We didn't know there was an event at the Marriott. Very noisy and many people walking through the restaurant. It would have been helpful to know in advance when I booked on line that there was a major event at that location. Other than that, it was good

I really do like this hotel. Marriott offers M-Club lounges for Elite members and this M-club is really nice, clean, always stocked with soda, water, juices, etc. plus a 7/10 spread of breakfast goodies, and evening bites. Rooms are 9/10. My remote isn’t. Currently working BUT overall the bed is soft and cozy, plenty of usb plugins, has a balcony, walk in shower. Most importantly it’s clean! The staff cleans and restocks everyday!! I give this hotel an 8/10. Gym elypiticals need to be updated but a great variety of weights and machines.

All the staff very extremely helpful and professional. All the server at Amuse Resturant’s were very kind and offered great service specifically Emanuel & Silvestre . The rooms were clean and the house keeping staff were very pleasant and greeted us all the time.

Diana Alvarez was sweet, cute, attentive, and gave us a great evening meal, after a rough day at work. Janeth also was great and was very helpful. You’ve got to visit and order the fish tacos……amazing!

Dora greeted us at the front desk when we first arrived. She was so friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. We had a lot of questions and she was so helpful in answering. Thank you Dora!

Alex is an asset to the Marriot hotel. He is incredibly kind, attentive, and he radiates positive energy. I was studying in the lobby for several hours, and he brought me the menu figuring I was hungry because I hadn’t eaten since I arrived. This demonstrated to me the great amount of empathy he has. I truly admire the Marriott’s recruitment process because they hire people like Alex that make your experience infinitely better.

Chris at the front desk was incredible. We weren’t having the best of luck, the morning we checked in, as it was a last minute emergency with our home. He took care of us and made us feel comfortable while getting us a room immediately. I would highly recommend this hotel and their staff is great! Thanks again Chris!

Bella, the attendant in the M lounge was so very friendly and attentive. Helped with anything needed and worked the whole time with a smile on her face. Great full service hotel, will be back for sure.

Stayed here every year pre Covid on our trips to California from Scotland. The hotel was always a favourite due to its location & facilities. Sadly things aren’t so good now post Covid. It wasn’t all bad here’s what we liked & wasn’t so good: We liked: Great refurb of rooms & public areas Nice friendly checkin Modern room with nice balcony Fantastic air con which was a saviour Club lounge open at weekends Club lounge food & snacks were decent & plentiful, good breakfast too. One of the best club lounges we’ve been in in the US Pool was warm enough to get in this time & wasn’t too busy which was great. Nice pool rea, it’s been improved What wasn’t so good: Very Weak shower pressure Electric -lugs in bathroom didn’t work even after engineer checked them Noisy neighbours, screaming kids first night (not hotel’s fault) Housekeeping didn’t service our room one day because we had the privacy sign on for 1hr at midday Surrounding area is really run down now. Office blocks are empty & homeless have set up tents in park next door. Only real dining option within walking distance is PF Chang’s & it’s deserted & gone downhill too. Tip: Park free in adjacent road rather than pay for hotel parking

This hotel is hands down the best hotel I’ve stayed amongst all the other chain hotels I’ve stayed in the last 10 years. I have also recently stayed in long beach Marriott and this facility is by far much better. We’ve met the kindest and attentive staff which made our stay memorable. The room we’ve had was very nice and the gym/pool was also great. Lastly, whoever is managing the chat services in Marriott app deserves a raise since everyone I have chatted are very prompt and goes above and beyond to answer your questions and requests.

The staff at this hotel were absolutely amazing, especially Tresa. She had such a comforting and kind personality, really making our trip enjoyable. Our stay was great and the hotel was perfect. We appreciated the staff and had so much fun around the pool.

Ate here twice for the convenience of having the restaurant within the hotel. While the service was attentive and friendly, the food was beyond disappointing.My first visit I got the steak which arrived rather cold and tasteless- clearly overdone (I had requested medium-rare).My second visit I ordered a burger, which again arrived very overdone. We had also ordered cauliflower bites as a starter and we were told about 40 minutes after ordering that they were out. The food was essentially tasteless which is very disappointing given the price.The food also took a very long time which was strange as my party (of 2) were the only people present.While we were comped for the experiences both times, I feel it imported to write an honest review in the hopes that both future guests are warned, and the company sees that there are issues.

This hotel was quite lovely. The bed is very comfortable and the lobby is nice. Having a Starbucks in the lobby is a big plus! I was here with my wife on our wedding night. The front desk staff were friendly and accommodating, especially Marianella!

Great service from the staff. Super clean room & excellent amenities. Best place to stay. Easy access to local amenities & activities. Room was very comfortable & fresh. Plenty of space in the lounge and lobby areas to meet with colleagues.
