I just had one of their breakfast burritos and it was fantastic. Super yummy. Service was great. Another small, quaint little space. Amp parking as well as multiple spots for pick up parking. They have a nice fresh, cucumber, mint water they offer. Very good

Adding in QR codes on the tables for "Easy Ordering" does not offer the customer any additional benefits, it just degrades the level of service provided by this restaurant and does not offer the staff members any incentive to actually provide timely service to the customers.I should not have to be asked to pay and tip for my food before I even receive it, sitting at a sit down restaurant like Blu Jam. I should not also have to literally wave down the manager to either offer me a refund or get me my initial coffee that i ordered, minutes after i already received my food and was 50% done with eating my meal. I also asked multiple employees before to check on my coffee, in which they just reply "oh its on the way" without them actually checking. This is exactly why I do not want to be tipping this business before I actually receive my food, as they obviously do not care about the level of service being provided.Do not come here, there is a variety of other restaurants in the woodland hills area that will provide you better service at the same fees i paid here. I will not return here unless they eliminate the QR ordering system.

We got carryout out brunch from here and it was delicious! I highly recommend the churro French toast sticks, they were decadent and amazing. My husband also really liked his egg sandwich with bacon and avocado.

Parking can be difficult. There's a tiny lot behind the restaurant but it's always full. I ordered an omelette, it came with potatoes underneath. The potatoes were burnt. The food lacked flavor. They don't accept cash. We used a QR code to order our food. Once we got our food no one checked on us to see if there was anything else we needed.

My boyfriend and I came for brunch on a weekday and was expecting fast service since they weren't too busy. We were completely wrong and waited over half an hour for two dishes. We even watched people who got there after we did receive their food first. The chairs and tables felt sticky and the water with contained mint and lemon (a combo I usually enjoy) tasted murky. The food was okay. We had ordered the steak hash and the steak was tough and chewy. The French toast was okay but nothing was worth the money. To make the experience worse, we had to tip online before we knew how lousy the service was going to be.

So Good!!!! The food is AMAZING!!! No mimosas and you sit REALLY close to the patrons next to you but I would definitely go back just for the food

Greasy potatoes, dry hamburger, overpriced, rude host wearing a toboggan and looked dirty, app menu didn't work. Inside smelled like burned toast.
Food was delicious. They have the best French toast I've ever had. The chai tea latte was also amazing. Super friendly staff. Will definitely keep visiting.

A little on the higher end with pricing but portions are big and the food is amazing! Chilaquiles and Berry French Toast are my favorite. Recommend them! Huevos Rancheros were delicious but Blu Jam Eggs Benedict were dry and the egg over cooked. Rose Matcha Latte was to die for.

Today, after a job interview, I met up with a friend and of course we were hungry! We debated on where to go and Blu Jam Cafe was our destination! The cafe has a friendly and energetic vibe and right from our entry we were greeted with busy but friendly staff! And we know that's always an important part of any dining experience! We found a comfy table, spotted what we wanted and went to the front to order and pay! There were so many delicious options from breakfast and lunch choices...so I know without a doubt I'll be back to try something different each time! I ordered the Florentine Benedict with potatoes! Just as delicious as it is beautiful!!! The potatoes are the cutest tiniest cubes I've ever seen and yummy too I might add!!! We were treated to their award winning brioche crunchy French toast strips with vanilla bean sauce drizzle! The Blu Jam Cafe also had their signature blueberry jam that is an ultimate flavor bomb and if no one was around I would have licked the container lol!! New favorite breakfast and lunch spot! Thanks Blu Jam Cafe! The staff were all amazing and I'll be back soon!!!
