My nine-year-old son used to frequent the Woodland Hills location (too bad the Northridge one is gone as of June, 2021). My son had a tough day at the afterschool program and we went to our then-favorite place -- BurgerIM in Woodland Hills). They served him a burger with a frownie face made of catsup on his open bun. Maybe funny to adults, but not to a child (no, I didn't think it was funny and even took pics.) I wrote the company twice about it. No one responded. Regardless, BurgerIM will be out of business within 12 months. Sad, as it had so much promise.

Awful and expensive for what you're getting. Veggie burger was very thin and bland. I asked for the sauce on the side and got no sauce at all. Onion rings were very crispy but all I could taste was the cooking oil, which tasted old. No ice tea so forced to have a Dr. Pepper which tasted very watered down. All in all, I could have eaten the money I spent and probably enjoyed that about as much. First time there will be my only time there.

So sad. I used to love this place. Not only have they changed their fries from the yummy circle but to an extra salty run of the mill triangle cut., but the chicken burger was dry as heck wth old/poor quality chicken and a brown, gross avocado. I'll never go to this one again. Danielle the cashier was super nice and friendly though. Grilled Chicken Sandwich. I took a photo of the gross avocado but yelp won't let me post it.

Is this the way you wear your mask? Is face jewelry more important than keeping the community safe? Why even wear a mask at this point? People are dying and others don't take it serious. I will not be coming back to this location nor will I recommend it to my family, friends or clients.

I have been her a couple times now and have been impressed. They have a lot of parking as it is in a huge plaza. Staff is always friendly and they have a nice set up inside the store. Food is good. I have had some burgers that were not good but most the ones are good. I personally am not a fan of the oval cut fries that they have and started subbing the fries for onion rings. Overall great place I would recommend coming here and trying out some of the burgers.

I was truly disappointed with their burger. The appearance was like yummy yum but after a couple of bites it was yucky yuck! The burger was dry and the meat was not tender and bland. The bun wasn't fresh and that's what helps make a good burger. The onion rings were pretty good. Maybe it was just a bad day in the kitchen for the cook...idk Happy Yelping!

Walked into this BurgerIM as the other ones closer to us in the valley were closed for the holiday weekend. The cook, who was hanging near the cashier was not wearing a mask nor did I see one near him. As I walked to the cashier to order, the cook walked into the kitchen, still without a mask. When I asked the cashier twice whether he planned on wearing a mask while preparing the food, she didn't have an answer for me, so I decided to book it and not risk my family's health. Pretty sure masks are required indoors in LA County, especially if you are preparing food! Not worth the risk and it goes to show how much this establishment could care less about your health!

I placed an order of trio with no extra additions and one onion ring (came with 4 large pieces). Cost: $16.68 Taste: average Coming back?: No, because I can get a better burger at lower price elsewhere. This is my honest opinion. Thanks. ^^

Great burger iffy sides. Came here for lunch. This place is immaculate, and efficient. Von Marie took our order and was very nice and efficient. The place was not super busy, we must have just missed the lunch rush. There are lots of awesome burger options, beef, chicken breast, salmon, lamb and incredible veggie option. The burgers are super fun themed. They also have a keto bread option. Seriously this place wants to literally appeal to every finicky burger eater possible. It's pretty awesome. We had the spicy Spanish burger and the chicken breast sandwich both were 5 star spectacular. We also had fries which were underdone and underwhelming and onion rings that were perfectly cooked and also underwhelming. I definitely recommend that you come here, get the burgers, skip the sides.
