The food is always on point and the customer service is excellent. Reasonably priced for BBQ, I've sometimes gone back to back weekends. I've tried everything on the menu but my go-to is the sausage sandwich with grilled onions on the garlic bread roll

Kind hardworking people and Yelp needed updated pics of the menu. 3 stars for serving on 4th of July! I had to edit my review because as kind as the staff was and as happy as I was to see them working on July 4th, the food was just not good. The tri tip was dry and bland, the ribs were just not good, both the tri tip and ribs were tough. I ordered mac and cheese and baked beans - the mac and cheese either had a ton of sour cream or it was spoiled. It tasted like curdled milk so we did not eat it. The beans were delicious (thank goodness, that is all we ended up eating and a half pint of beans is not enough for two people's lunch). Overall, I originally gave 5 stars simply due to them serving on a holiday. But after eating the food, I just had to update my review. I know they work hard and I'm sure there are other items on the menu that people love! Personally, I always want baby back ribs and mac n cheese when I eat BBQ, so I will be going to Rib Ranch next time I'm in the mood! But thank you Calabasas Custom Catering for serving the people in this brutal heat!

The people are so nice and really informative on their food I am real particular about eating places and judging on their food and their coleslaw is a perfect 10 I've never tasted anything so refreshing and it's homemade for sure it's got a neat little twist to it that I never would have guessed it but man.... it's delicious. The potato salad is amazing also but something magical is done to the meat because it's so tender and good everything from the tri- tip, the ribs, and the pulled pork. The pulled pork is amazing but this has its own flavor .I love it. I would suggest this to Anybody and I will definitely be taking friends that come into town here, the only bummer that it's not there 5 days a week it's only there on the weekends so it's a specialty go enjoy it especially if you enjoy eating good barbecue because I haven't found any really good here in The Valley. I'm from the Midwest and there's nothing to compete with that except this place.. now.enjoy..***** thanks a million Milton!!!! To you and your Family

Sorry but I just had to, this spot is way overhyped with 5 stars, I was first in line and my baby backs were dry and tough as leather. Worst bbq I ever had honestly

The BBQ and Tri Tip are perfect. Tender and cooked to perfection! The service is excellent and fast. If you want good food then this is the place. I've been coming here for years and the quality has not changed.

Best ribs around. Killer hot links too. It's all really good, plus the setup is something to behold. And they are super nice on top of all that! Favorite lunch when I'm in the area.

No words, it's just good meat. Have you had the flying ribs, they're too die for. I tried their whole menu and we'll the meat will have you coming back for more. Very tasty. Good Job team.

I've been coming here for years. It's a fantastic spot for weekend BBQ! The pulled pork and tri-tip is amazing. They use a brown sugar, maple spread which is really unique and tasty. There's usually a line so plan accordingly, but it's worth it! Paul is always there and super friendly. He's been a regular in the Valley for decades so he knows everybody. Old school kindness and sincerity.

Saw these guys on Man Fire Food and been wanting to try them when in the area. Items I had: Baby Back Ribs, Chicken, Tri Tip Sandwich, side of Mac Salad and side of Potato Salad. Overall this was good BBQ with the ribs and tri tip being my favorite. I was a little disappointed in the chicken though. It was tender with a good mesquite charcoal flavor, but I expected the seasoning to shine more. After all, according to the demonstration on the show the chicken gets a garlic butter bath then hit with lemon pepper seasoning. The potato salad was good I would try another side next time. That mac salad was damn yummy and wish I had picked up more of it. It is a mayo/BBQ sauce based mac. It also has corn, black beans and fresh veggies. Sooo good! Have I had better baby backs, tri tip and better BBQ overall? Sure, but I would definitely stop here again if I were in the area. The one big minus for me, their BBQ sauce tasted like it was store bought, either Bull's Eye or Sweet Baby Rays. I gave it three stars but it's more like a 3.5
