been here many times over the years- tonight was the worst! I was gagging on the HARD PITA and disgusting Dolmas, that were hard- the rice tasted old and bad. When the lady said are you alright? NO ,I was not alright- I left my meal and threw up in parking lot. Worst ever.did not take any left overs. Paid $17 for nothing. For a place with PITA in its name ,.they should not use bagged PIta and over microwave it.

I ordered gyro plate with double salad, includes pita bread, salad dressing and tzatziki. I added a small order of hummus. They offer a self serve sauce bar that had mild to hot sauces, banana peppers, pickled veggies and garlic sauce. I of course had to try their garlic sauce, it did not disappoint. It packed a strong garlic punch which I really liked. The main course gyro and salad were delicious. Gyro was seasoned well and salad was fresh. Hummus has a nice flavor, it's also really creamy. Cashier was friendly and helped us navigate the menu because we're not familiar with their menu. Thank you, we appreciated your help! The restaurant offers beer and wine. They have a bar and a couple TV's. Indoor seating has booths and tables. Outdoor seating is in front of restaurant and has a covered patio.

Great food here! I found this place taking the wrong exit so i gave in and tried. I ordered the gyro plate with potatoes which was excellent and everything tasted fresh! Customer service was great. It was busy at lunch time and lots of orders going out! The lemon sauce and salad dressing are good! If you haven't been here i definitely would tell you to try it! Food Rating: Gyro Plate Roasted potato's 9.0/10.. This extra if you opt for it but well worth it Gyro meat 8.7/10 Rice:8.6/10

The food was tasty and served in large portions. The service was very attentive. I really enjoyed the ambiance, perfect for my large group of friends to enjoy conversation over a very satisfying meal.

Yes, all around. Normally do carry out but had the chance to do a quick lunch during the week. The service is bland. But the food makes up for it. The lunch specials are your average price but the quality is by far better than you'll get at Panera or any other chain. There was a lot people coming in for lunch so ambience was hustle and bustle but not overbearing where's you'd feel rushed yourself. Will definitely keep this gem alive with our business.

California Pita has the worst customer service. I ordered online and got an order number which was 242597335 for $87.55. The website states closing at 9:00 pm, however, at 8:44 pm (after placing order online). I drove to the restaurant to pick up my paid order all doors were locked with padlocks At 8:44 pm which Was not 9:00 yet There was a guy inside the restaurant talking and laughing on the phone and would not even acknowledge me. Finally, at 9:04 pm he from behind the windows with sign language he signed that they were closed and he could not fulfill our confirmed and paid order

Forgettable lunch truck Mediterranean. Little variety.

Falafel is dense and not fluffy. We got their pita falafel wrap. There was no dimension or interesting flavors. Pretty bland. I guess it's alright if you're in a rush and just need a quick bite but I wouldn't recommend. Didn't come with any sides, so changed my review to 1 star

My favorite food to get there is the lemon chicken with tahini sauce. I have tried others and the food is great. The sumac onions are delicious as well. The service is good and they serve your food to your table. The place looks good. I would recommend this place if you are in the mood for Mediterranean food!Vegetarian options: Good optionsParking: Parking on the side of the backWheelchair accessibility: This place is wheelchair accessible

I went to their old location when I was back in the valley and was sad to see they were not there anymore. The sadness didn't last long as I found out they just moved a little west and I could still have the same lemon chicken I've been enjoying for many many years.

Finally decided to give this place a try after driving by it so many time. Let's just say the outside looks a lot better than the inside. Not really a restaurant I'd want to dine in at and I'm glad I went for takeout on this first visit. Food was very meh. Under-seasoned and the flavors didn't pop. The notes that did come through were incorrect and very amateur. 2 stars are earned because the portions are generous and the price is fair. Not necessarily cheap but other places are charging double for the same quality and taste.
