The Chipotle itself is very dirty, and you rarely see someone cleaning it. The food depends heavily on the time of your order. I've noticed that the morning/day crew usually prepares good food, while the night crew seems like they don't care.

This location is really crap--6:30 PM on a Thursday evening and they had already run out of lettuce and medium salsa completely. I have no gripe with the staff who were fine, but at their prices now and the fact that they can't stock ingredients properly, $16 just for a burrito seems like far too much. I won't be going back to this location or any Chipotle.

By far the worst bowl I've had from chipotle. Placed my order through the app, paid extra for the double carne asada and got 9 pieces. And what's worse is the rice wasn't made properly. The simplest of all meals they failed.

The worst chipotle I've ever been too. I read the reviews but still thought to my self how much can they really mess up an order ? I paid for double meat, double rice, double beans and still got the SMALLEST bowl I've ever had in my life (including single scoops). And they forgot my tortillas and chips ! Not going back to that one ever, even though I live right next to it

Horrible, worst experience.Lack of staff to help clients to order.Food is not at the level you may expect...Yesterday I went there at noon. It's the busiest time of the day for this location.There were only 2 staff members helping clients. One was doing the cashier and processing online orders. The other one was doing everything.Longest wait time ever, unacceptable for a fast food.The food was cold. Not warm, just flat cold. I had asada. I'm pretty sure it was meat from the day before coming out from the freezes or the fridge.I had to go so I did not want to go back.Shame on the owner of this place to understaff during rush hours and serve frozen or cold meat
