Place a mess! This is my first time coming to this place and will be my last! Food was bad and terrible customer service. I came in and the restaurant was empty. There was a lady at the register looking at me standing there like I was a post or another table without acknowledging I was waiting to place my order! Horrible customer service is very pathetic. I don't understand why this place hires people with no customer service or manners!!! I don't recommend this place at all besides the food was bad and not fresh.

It has been a while since we gave it another try. The first time was both a first for my wife and I and the experience was not a good one. Today was much better the food tastes good amd the staff was very friendly. I will totally come back again

Never open until the closing time. Went today at 6:30 closing time 7:30 and they were already closed. You must constantly check you orders, they never get it right. If they run out of something like chicken for a salad they don't advise and don't substidute and you get home with your order of lettuce when paying for a chicken salad. This location is horrible.

This is my local corner bakery and I eat here quite often. I walked in today and was greeted with friendly smiles from the staff and this location often has a homely atmosphere. I ordered 2 uptown turkeys and a kids Mac and cheese with a pecan bar. It was delicious, the bacon was cooked to perfection, and the sandwich felt like it was made with love. The Mac and cheese looked cheesy and a hearty portion. I always say that the food will bring you in, but the customer service keeps you coming back. I had the pleasure of speaking with Daniel and his staff today and wanted to say "THANK YOU." My family and I enjoyed our lunch. I highly recommend this location and the staff.

So, not sure what's happening with this place but the food is good. Last Friday, they posted papers on the doors stating" sorry due to tchnical issues only accepting cash". Then they closed an hour later for the rest of the day. Went there today, they're open but still only accepting cash. If you're hungry, the food is good although they don't have the black currant tea right now either. Just remember to bring cash since they aren't taking credit cards right now and their rewards system is fown.

0/10 bread is literally small, soon as open the bag it was like this.. in some of my orders there was missing things... the vibe inside was so dark, honestly thought it was gonna be nicer but ill stick to corner bakery at Northridge
