Upon my arrival, waitress Doreen blatantly ignored me as she was preoccupied with flirting with a male customer leaving the establishment. She only acknowledged me after another waiter intervened. I overheard her thanking the intervening waiter and explaining that she was trying to gather more information from the man she was flirting with. She also made comments about customers walking in and expressed a preference for a slower pace. I was taken back by her discourteous and complaining behavior, which was creating an uncomfortable atmosphere among workers and customers. Thank you to the waiter Francisco for providing excellent customer service and catering to my needs as a customer.

this Denny's I live close by I'm a and I have to say if it were not for David a working there I don't think I would visit as much. He's fantastic. He's so nice and knowledgeable. He's quick efficient. He always helps. Everybody doesn't rush anyone. He's the best. I can't imagine Denny's without him..YAY DAVID

Dining at this Denny's is wonderfu! we alway ask for Brenda to be our waitress! She listens to your request and gives you exactly what you ask for in accordance to the items available. she always has a smile on her face while moving quickly assuring service to her station. Brenda is the reason we keep coming back to Denny's at Woodland Hills.

Honestly this dennys does a great job for what to expect when coming to a dennys. I come here every week or so and the consistency deserves 4 stars. I've also been there late night and the servers are attentive and on top of things even during late night dinners. I would rank this as the best dennys in the SFV.

Great,great,great service here. Don't waste your time with all the other Denny's in the surrounding area (Northridge) This Denny's is great, all staff members are super friendly and accommodating. Always have a wonderful experience when I come here and food is always on point! Doesn't even feel like a Denny's it's that good!

Met with dear friends this morning for Holiday breakfast and had the good fortune to be at Brenda's station.This wonderful woman blessed us with superb service ; answered questions, made suggestions, and kept our Coffee cups full. Not easy to do as they were busy. With combo of friendly and professional, Brenda made our breakfastBetter, as we caught up leisurely and celebrated the Holiday Season. Thank you Brenda, wishing you and your family a Happy Holiday
