Loved the brunch great food. And the best service at the bar with Luis Polanco always on point with the drinks.

We went to El Torito for Brunch and everything was so good! It's a great price and with bottomless mimosas! Our waitress Dora M was so nice and sweet, she kept the refills coming. Music is also very good. We'll definitely be coming back!

So after my most recent visit last week, I had a terrible experience with service. I walked into the bar area to take a seat a watch the Dodger game. I waited and waited and waited for someone to acknowledge us so we can be served. We had already looked at the menu left at the table and were ready to order. I had to get the attention of the bartender behind the bar so we can send us a server. So about 15-20 min later someone finally came to take our order. Placed our order and finally our food comes. No utensils, no plates or napkins! We were so hungry we got up to get some napkins and used that as our plates just like in n out, but this isn't fast food and serves expect a tip. 2 tacos in our server finally came to ask us if our food was ok. By that time I just wanted to eat and didn't argue. El Torito management/ownership fix this! I like coming here, don't ruin it! I attached pictures of my plates.

Red flag when they didn't ask how I like my steak. Then they brought me an overcooked steak that I had to chew a thousand times before I could swallow it.

Went with my girlfriend for happy hour-nice menu with great prices and the food was great- the service was excellent and the waitress was very friendly. I will definitely go back for happy hour, also got bacon wrapped shrimp(not on happy hour) but was fantastic and highly recommend it.. The salsa is great, and they give you as many baskets of chips as you like, w/o charge

Wouldn't normally come here but we met someone halfway and this is just what we settled on. I joined their rewards club and got a free entree so that worked out well. Chips and salsa were ok. Salsa was pretty watery and certainly wasn't fresh. We all had fajitas and they were pretty good. They put some type of spicy rub on the shrimp so that was strong, and they included lots of onions. The chicken was pretty good and the steak didn't taste like what I hoped it would. We tend to go to Los Agaves in Westlake or Don Antonios in West LA so these fajitas pale in comparison to those places that taste more "authentic" and fresh. Ambience is typical. We were there on a Saturday night so it was loud. Our sever was friendly and hard working. They charge a 4% fee to cover "recent new state and local ordinances" and I got the manager to remove it. That's complete bs. Do the analysis and if you need to raise prices to cover your increased costs then add .75 to my fajitas. I don't want to see line items like this on my bill.

We went on a Sunday and they serve a brunch buffet, affordable and delicious. The service was amazing and our server, Rosa, was so kind and fast to accommodate our orders. She would always fill any empty glasses on the table (100% recommend their bottomless mimosa). The ambiance and vibes are so nice as well, they're playing the best Latino music in the background.

Polanco's service is top tier, in a world of bad service, he is a reminder of fine dining service.

Ordered guacamole. People who sat down next to us after we sat down got theirs first. Took forever getting our drinks we ordered. Waitress never came to take our order bad night

Came here for the Sunday Brunch. If you can request the server Rosa, she is the best. Friendly, attentive and good energy all around. Also unlimited mimosas with a buffet of food, you can't beat that.
