I don't eat much, so I ordered the small burger, fat fries and a vanilla shake. My food was delivered in a timely manner. However, I received a strawberry shake instead of vanilla. I was glad the mistake was made because that was the best strawberry shake ever. Four stars for the service because of the mistake and four stars for atmosphere because the sitting area is on a busy street and it just felt like cars were going by way too fast.Parking: It's a big lot with multiple businesses so there is plenty of parking.

I ordered a kids meal they brought a burger where the bun was completely squeezed and it was frozen and reheated I could tell because it was a bit raw.And the meat was cut in a rectangle shape and was smaller than the bun.I told the waiter he was rude about it and brought me another bun cut small and again it was frozen and raw.They did not apologize nothing. I will not be coming here again and we have come here a lot and the burger was always made different and fresh and the bun was nice and a circle and the meat was more moist and was a circle.

This used to be the OG burger spot. They always had friendly staff and great cooks. Whoever is running the place now loves to hire brain dead cashiers that take 10 minutes for a simple order and jump to answering the phone rather than clients in line. Horrible service at this location. Some of the other ones in LA are still good!
