We ordered a grubhub delivery from this restaurant. For some reason grubhub glitched and the cancelled the order, and customers service confirmed it was cancelled. We get an angry call from a lady at the restaurant to say our order was not picked up and she's "losing money". We asked if there was a way to resolve the issue and she said she could hand our meal to an employee or we come pick it up but she kept stressing she would "lose money". Finally, she had the audacity to say she has "black-listed" us from the restaurant by writing our names down to never be served by this restaurant again - all because Grubhub glitched and cancelled our order but the food still got made and there wasn't a driver to bring it to us. Appalling customers service and the audacity to be black-listed for something that was not our fault

Was so happy to finally try this place. I've been longing for some good seafood and there's just nothing around that hits the spot. Fishbone is it!! I tried grilled red snapper (never had it grilled before but will def be my go to). Got plantains for my side and omg they were so good I've been fantasizing about going back for more (sweet, crispy, soft inside, cooked to absolute perfection). I sincerely hope NOTHING ever changes about this place. The portions were awesome, the side choices were amazing, the staff friendly. My 1st experience was perfection and I sure hope every experience will be the same!Parking: I was a little scared to come here because the building has that paid parking situation. Luckily I came on a weekend and it was wide open. I did hear they validate for parking though if you come on a weekday.Kid-friendliness: Seemed pretty kid friendly. Informal dining area. Tables outside, as well. I brought my 19 year old kid and he was just fine. :)

We used to go to the one in Tarzana until it closed. It was great to see familiar faces in this much more attractive location. Better parking too.More importantly, the food was as good or better than the other place. The service was every bit as friendly and helpful as before and the extra space allowed more tables and a really pretty bubbly sculpture? thing near the front door.Parking: You go through the access gate, take the ticket and there's a food court parking lot right in front of the of the restaurants.Be sure to get the parking ticket validated before you leave.

If you're craving delicious seafood, look no further than this restaurant. The Grilled Shrimp with rice and veggies is simply divine - a burst of flavor in every bite. And don't even get me started on the Fried Shrimp; it's a solid 10/10 recommendation! Not only is the food top-notch, but the customer service is also outstanding. A definite must-try for any seafood lover!

As a seafood enthusiast, I recently discovered Fishbone Seafood in the heart of Woodland Hills, and let me tell you--it's a true culinary treasure! From the moment I stepped inside, the friendly staff made me feel right at home. Their professionalism and warm smiles set the tone for an exceptional dining experience. The restaurant's ambiance is nothing short of immaculate. It's a hidden gem and I honestly highly recommend 100%! I had the fried fish, shrimp, and oyster (3way)and it was delicious. The sides were good as well, I had the rice and beans and fried plantains ! Cant wait to come back and try the seafood boil!!!

The food is absolutely delicious. The fried fish is made to perfection and the grilled salmon salad is amazing. You don't even need dressing...and the desserts OMG.

I didn't like it. I should had checked it out before I got home. The oyster was burnt & the fish was dry. I threw it away $40. If I didn't drive so far to get it I would have took it back. I was very surprised b/c my friend raved about it place except he didn't care for the lack of juice in the beans The ambiance was great

Went for the first time 3 days ago. The women taking the orders were very helpful and polite. The place was clean and situated in a decent part of Woodland Hills. I only live 4 minutes away so the food should have still been hot but I had to reheat it which was not a big deal but still. I had the catfish, shrimp, oysters with collards & salad which cost me $25. & change plus I tipped for the amazing service. The food was good and I'll definitely be going back. I'm excited to find this spot close to home since I don't get to South LA much which is where a lot of fish markets are I use to frequent.

Nice little hidden food joint. Cashier was awesome. She explained everything to us perfectly and with a smile. One of the owners and cook in the back were also very welcoming. I believe it is African American owned with delicacies like fried catfish and collard greens. You feel the love that they put into their food. We ordered the family platter with grilled Cod and Salmon. It came with two sides and we chose rice/beans and fried mushrooms. We also added a large side of French fries. They were out of Cod so we got double Salmon. I think we got 16 filets of Salmon! Salmon was probably farm raised but it was cooked and seasoned perfectly. The rice/beans were good and the French fries were good but had no salt. That wasn't a problem because you can season it as you like. The fried mushrooms I think is an acquired taste. My friends liked them but I did not care too much for the corn meal breading. We got our order pretty quickly. The place was clean and so was the bathroom. Finally the amount of food you get with the family pack is crazy. You can easily feed 6 people for under $100 Rating: Food quality, temperature, taste B Lots of healthy options B Ambiance B Cleanliness B Service A Value A

My family and I really enjoy Fish Bone and miss when it was closer in Tarzana. My absolute favorite is their salmon with sautéed peppers and onions. Their soda fountain machine always seems to be broken and their fried shrimp is outrageously salty - but otherwise beautifully cooked seafood!

I ordered from door dash yesterday and I had to come back to leave a review.I got grilled tilapia with the greens. It was 100/10 , the fish alone was grilled to perfection and the flavor was fire. The greens were so flavorful and juicy I didn’t even need to add hot sauce. Some of the best greens I’ve ever had!I didn’t order the hush puppies but those are always good as well.I’ve been getting fishbone since they were in reseda and it’s never disappointed.Customer service is amazing as well, I called for extra lemons and hot sauce and they made sure to accommodate my request unlike most places. Thankyou so much for the bomb food!
