I loved the ice cream specifically the horchata but they sadly discontinued it here. the store has some quite rude staff members when I asked about horchata about 3 weeks ago the girl said "see I would but it's kind of hard to scoop" and then I came in again for horchata and they said that only Northridge has it, I kindly disagreed and explained I've gotten it multiple times he then said it's seasonal. I would greatly appreciate the return of horchata

The ice cream at Handel's is amazing! With a wide array of flavors to choose from, it's always a tough decision, but my top three picks--Chocolate Peanut Butter Brownie, Mocha Almond Fudge, and Orange Dream Cream--never disappoint. The service is great. Everyone who works there is very friendly. They're always ready to offer recommendations, patiently answer questions about flavors, and even provide samples to help you make your decision.

It would be a 5 star if they had Grape ice cream. It makes me very sad that I was not able to get this incredible sounding flavor and the closest place I can get it is Las Vegas. So very very sad.....Woodland Hills or Northridge stand up and hook up some grape ice cream for that 5th star! Kermit wants some grape ice cream!!!!!

I brought the kids here for the first time and we loved it! 1 - The ice cream is delicious 2 - They are all so friendly! 3 - They have plenty of seating They went above and beyond when the little one dropped a scoop and they replaced it. We cannot wait to come back!

Yummy yummy ice cream! I remember when this used to be a Baskin Robbin's and now it's Handels! They have so many yummy flavors! We got a 4 scoop sampler and I loved all the flavors. I love any of the cookie and graham crackers flavors. Delicious! Can't wait to try more!

I finally go to try Handels and I must say it is one of the best ice creams I've had. Absolutely delicious! And the portions are enormous! Fresh cones too! Even brought back their ice cream pops on a stick for my coworkers who said they were Delish!! The people working there were extremely nice and everything looked so clean. Will definitely be going back!

Have been here several times with my dog. Ice cream is delicious but that will be the last time that my family supports this business! It's a dog friendly shopping center close to home and THIS business claims to be dog friendly. Today, my pup put his paws on the edge of the counter twice , as he usually does and has been given treats by the sweet young ladies working at the store. The " owner" stormed out from the back raising her voice telling me to keep him off the counter because it's a " food environment..etc!" Then she walked away and came back again only to raise her voice to her employee telling her to make sure that doesn't happen. It was the very edge of the counter... not on the COUNTER! I paid and left , but I was in complete disbelief with her attitude and approach!! Never again will we take our business here. If she treats her customers like this, I can only imagine how she treats her employees.

We are so happy to see them open. Delicious ice cream with a great variety of flavors. They create some of their own flavors by blending sherbet and ice cream in house! Service was also great. Can't wait to go back.

OMG!! People who work here are soooooo nice!! We came in tonight about between 615p to 645p...12/30/23 Saturday. They are so helpful and just friendly!! Kudos for this!! Portion size of the small is like big(lol). It was yummy!! It is nice and bright inside with the big menu boards. There is no indoor eating.
