Unfortunately, I have to remove Ike's from my recommended eating locations. We should never reward any company that raises its prices, but not it's offerings. My favorite go to sandwich is now more expensive that it was even a month ago.Goodbye, Ike's. No love from you.

All Sandwiches we have tasted with their Dutch Crunch bread only(!) are sooooooooooooooooo good! But, please get rid of Door dash! We cannot communicate with them even when they let us know they're on the way. And, your store has no way to get a hold of them. Next order is through Yelp. At least Yelp will call the restaurant for us.

SO GOOD! We were reluctant to try a new dig, but as sandwich fans we knew we had to check it out. The selection is large and super creative so it was hard to choose! We typically get two flavors to share and split halfway - so we got the Adam Richman and the Ménage a troi. Both so different but so delicious! The staff was so nice and helpful in ordering for the first time, and you can tell they got slammed for New Years Day but were killing it. Sandwiches were so yummy. Staff member recommended the Dutch Crunch bread and he’s was 100%! correct, so thankful for the guidance! ??

Average sandwich that any sandwich shop in the valley can make. Workers aren't friendly and not trained to greet and check on people that walk in. The place looks like they put the bare minimum to create any kind of ambiance. At the end of the day this place is $5-$7 too expensive for what you get. I won't be coming back until the prices come down or the food becomes better.

This is my absolute favorite sandwich shop, it's the best sandwiches ever. I can't wait to finally enjoy my sandwich every time I order it. I call it in and go pick it up. But the workers there must be high or something because I don't understand how my orders get so drastically messed up. It feels like every time I order here, somehow they mess it up always randomly, always different. I literally order it with zero modifications: "Can I get the Jim Rome on Dutch Crunch with everything it comes with?" And literally every time it says on the bag "Jim Rome - no veggies" "Jim Rome - no sauce" "Jim Rome - no cheese" I don't understand?? And then I get home and I'm so disappointed. It's just such a mood killer. I want this place to succeed and be around for a long time but the workers here are making it so hard for me to look forward to ordering from here ever again.

Other than the wait time, Ike's is one of my favorite spots to stop for a sandwich. There are so many options and out of everything I've tried I have yet to be disappointed. The customer service could use some sprucing up, but of course that changes per location.

I will never be back, I went in today, October 25 at 1:30, very upset with terrible service by the clerk who needs more training, and the manager, I did not get her name, but she was middle, aged, and short, I asked for no dairy in my sandwich they put a huge block of cream cheese, I took the sandwich back ask for a refund and they refused then they told me I ate too much of the sandwich. I literally ate 10% of it at the most and realized it had dairy, I am so upset with terrible customer service. I will never be back and I will mention this to all my friends that live in my neighborhood and my family.

Great sandwiches. Massive menu. Lots of creative options. Their special sauce is addictive. A chain, but the quality is high. Not really much room to sit inside, but nice outdoor seating. Good for takeout.

Really good vegetarian meatball sub. Probably one of the best I’ve had !

Garbage. The management is trash. The manager hired two brand new employees and then leave the shop. The poor employees were overwhelmed with orders. I waited 35 min for my sandwich and at end I asked for a refund. Shame on you manager.

I really dig this place for offering a variety of vegan options. It's nice that they offer plant based cheese which is a quality bonus. My typical go-to is the vegan Pee Wee with avocado on dutch crunch roll which is delicious! The meatless meatball sub is solid choice and you really can't go wrong with any veganized option on the menu. Updated from previous review on 2023-05-27

Some guests at my company brought in these sandwiches (half size) for lunch. I was able to try the Paul Reuben and Matt Cain sandwiches. The Matt Cain blew my mind and was my favorite! It comes with Turkey, roast beef, salami, godfather sauce (a mayo based sauce?), provolone, lettuce, avocado, and tomatoes. It was so delicious that one bite alone made me look up the restaurant so I could take my deli-loving boyfriend. The meat was plentiful and the bread was so flavorful and crispy. A 10/10 sandwich for sure. The Paul Reuben came with pastrami, purple slaw, French dressing, Swiss, tomatoes, and lettuce. It was almost equally as delicious and had plenty of meat. The bread was also just as good. I'm not normally taken back by a sandwich but these really impressed me. I will 100% be stopping by to get the full size of the Matt Cain and other options! The guests of my company brought in many other options including veg, and they sounded so good too.

First of all we were greeted by two of their workers and they were prompt to ask us if we have any questions just ask and to take our time. It's a big menu so it was nice to have that from the jump! I ordered the Jim Rome on the "Dutch crust" which is a must! Oh man that bread was fire! Anyways the sandwich itself was delicious, service was amazing as well. For my sandwich, drink, and chips it was about 17$. Honestly it's not that bad, especially for calabasas. It was filling, and most importantly to me just super fresh and all and all a great first time experience at Ike's! Can't wait to come back!
