Staff is beyond incompetent.. Waited 20 min in the drive thru at the window after ordering before they even told us they'd not written down our order. Waited another 20 min for our food while the line behind us grew. THEN after somehow managing to get the food done they stared at us while we waited for the drinks that came with the order. When we told them we we're waiting for our drinks they rang them up and tried to charge us an additional $10 for drinks that should have already been done nearly a hour ago. Absolutely ridiculous, I couldn't imagine the circumstances that drove the owner of this business to hire such inadequate employees, but they did, and know the customers have to pay for it. There are so many other Jack in the Box's go to literally any other one than this.

It's the Light_skin_dragon coming live to you on yelp timeline. My supervisor Anita helped me out and brought me lunch from here. She asked me what I wanted and I said the munchi box since I'm working graveyard for the moment. So she did everything right. The ambiance was drive thru. So I can't really explain the inside because it was close and I did not go. But they just gave me half the curly fries with no regular fries and both tacos had a slice of cheese they put into it and did not melt all the way. The chicken burger was plain with only 2 pickles. No ketchup or dressing. I'm not pleased with the food here. I give it a 2 because I was hungry. I hope the owner or someone responds. Just because its midnight that doesn't mean to be stingy with the condiments and please add shredded cheese. When did ya add slices of cheese? I rate this place a one only if I didn't have God in me. And I'm appreciative that someone was there. That's the only reason why I gave it a 2! Light_skin_dragon blasting off to a other location for a firey review for you to read. Have a blessed morning

Don’t go here around 9am and after because the food was horrible. Usually when I go at 7am it’s not bad. Today was disgusting the cook should be fired for even giving me this food like this! This was a bacon breakfast jack. Is was so flat I’m thinking someone stomped on it??♀️

I'm a regular visitor of this Jack and never have issues with the workers.... Until recently. There's a new worker that has attitude and it's only because it's been a reoccurring experience that I'm saying this and usually I'll have some ability to withhold opinion but the past couple visits have come off distasteful to say the least and I won't say names or gender or even time of shift but if it continues I'll be more descriptive I guess I'll say.
