I don't understand why this restaurant only has 3.5 stars. It's fantastic. The won ton soup was the BEST I've ever tasted. The service was very cordial and professional. The price was reasonable and fair. It's also beautifully decorated. The BEST part is that it's OPEN LATE. I just moved to 818 from 323. The ONLY thing I miss from 323 is that in 818 there are VERY FEW restaurants open late. Jasmine Thai Cuisine is open until 2am. Super helpful. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this restaurant. I will return.

** NO for takeout!!!!Order food for pick up and a large Thai tea and it was mainly crushed ice and my large wonton soup was definitely one of the worst ones I've had the dumplings were tasting frozen mushy and no taste in the meat unsure how to explain it more and for $15 definitely not what i expected order the satay chicken n it was ok a 5/10 also order the sweet sticky rice mango and that was definitely delicious its my first time having it just mango slices n sweet sticky rice lol plus some side coconut milk?? But for it i give my stars

This place is joke, they have big sign that says late night special $9.50 .When I walked in and asked for special person in front with classes says we don’t have that one any more . If you don’t have why you don’t take sign down. Be honest with customers they are coming back , if you want by fault advertising get people in , they won’t come back even your food it’s best.

This is my favorite Thai food restaurant. They are open late, until 1 or 2am even on weekdays, and they serve draft beer. The staff is very friendly and attentive, and they are open to customizations on their already large menu. This is a great late night option for fresh and healthy veggie dishes!

Take out from here is usually terrible. bad customer service, dont acknowledge customers as they walk in the door. A bunch of kids working the register with no manners or restaurant etiquette. Talking amongst each other while customers are walking in and waiting instead of greeting and helping. They deserve absolutely zero tip sometimes. Suuper hit or miss at this spot.Dine in is a night/day difference, servers are usually great, atmospheres pleasing to the eye.Foods overall good.And pro tip, DONT order soup for take out cause they SKIMP. My tom kha kai was almost all broth and mushrooms. Real hit or miss here.

horrible ahhhh service!!!! ordered food to go and they made the mistake of giving it to the wrong person. how's it my fault y'all did that?! when i called they kept me on hold for 10 mins just to hang up! no one wanted to take accountability so they just hung up! do better!

Not worth the order and anger on a 3 time explained over the phone : no chicken- no spicy. Receipt overcharge in chicken and spicy soup.
It was delicious we started with the fried egg rolls and it was the best that we tried in a long time . Their veggie pad Thai and spicy fried rice was great and very delicious. The restaurant is beautiful and has good vibes . Kareem the waiter was great and recommend us on dishes . Thank you so much for! We loved it.

I ordered pad Thai shrimps and paid full price not just didn't get what I ordered I didn't get correct change when I got home I saw the food was chicken pad Thai and the register tap was printed 4.00 less than I paid it means you can't trust them for what you get, I tried to get shrimps because the chicken is so tasteless and so little, be for I have taken friend to jasmine Thai food, which the owner roodly answer to her like this when she said food is good but more spicy than they asked me I like you now what she said I now my food is good and walked away we were so surprised beside that you have to ask for spoons or salt any thing at least 5 times or give up it's looking like they're on something. I can't trust them them at all so I would not Richmond to go or there any more.
