You're better off coming in to place your order. Placed my order online at 1:27pm. Said it would be ready at 2:11pm? After it said it would only take 12-22 on the app.Arrived at said restaurant. Had to get in line for them to have them make my sandwich. The tall young man was in charge of tickets and was picking and choosing which order were made readySaw a young lady come in pick up immediately with no wait. Maybe it's a good idea to come in short shorts for the service that you want. Very poor customer service.

Absolutely gross store. This is the second time I've attempted to eat here. The not friendly girl who makes the sandwiches is scratching her hair and face the whole time, handles money with the same gloves as she cooks with, wears her hair down no hair net, and wears sandals. The two other guys working have longer hair uncovered which ends up in the food. The floor has probably never been washed and old good all over counter tops. It's disgusting. I came in to get a sandwich and the people in front of me turned around and walked out while saying how gross it is. They violate every heath and safety code I'm sure. It seems as if they are getting a lot of post mates/ Uber eats order which is probably the only reason people buy food at this location (because they can't see how the food is being prepared). There is a long wait as they are making these online orders and they don't even say "it'll just be a minute" you just stand there and have to ask if they can take your order. I love Jersey Mike's and always thought of it as a clean restaurant with friendly employees. This location is disgusting and needs to be reported for health reasons.

The wait here is ridiculous. I even placed an online order in hopes it would speed up the service...pickup time was 12:35 and I still didn't even get my order until 12:44.....I even came in early and let them know about the order at 1224 .....6 people walked in and ordered their food AFTER me and still got their sandwiches faster. They don't read the special notes on the sandwhiches.....or on the order notes.....bread on all 3 sandwiches were overcooked just a bummer. The prices of these sandwhiches should make them higher quality. Their was hardly and lettuce and onion on our sandwhiches, and we asked for extra extra pickles....we received barely any

am truly impressed with the above, and beyond assistance I received from the manager Ana. I felt like I was in a Honda commercial. I received the best service I have ever received in life for a discrepancy that was beyond the store control because of a third-party delivery company. Ana was extremely attentive and caring and answering my call after business hours and following through completely making good on every promise made to me to rectify my situation. I appreciate the over-the-top professionalism and quality of service. That is so hard to come by these days. Thank you Ana for delivering the best service I have received in over 20 years.

My first ever Jersey Mike's review, worth writing after the experience I just had. Came in at 8:50pm (closing time 9pm), was met with a smile and greeting from Josiah who I later learned is one of the managers. After finishing up an order, he asked for mine, and I asked if the grill was still open (because in my experience at many other JM stores, the grill is already washed down and cleaned and closed for the night BEFORE closing time). He says it's open, to my surprise. He then says "We [JM employees] made a promise". This man needs a raise and needs to be moved up the corporate ladder, if he so desires! He really upholds what JM stands for. Just don't get customer service like this at fast food places anymore! I got my #42, and he made it just the way I like it! I even watched the way he spoke to his associates, with so much professionalism, and was so pleasant. Thanks Josiah, and your team for great customer service!

I came to this location yesterday and was dissatisfied with the cleanliness. The guy making my sandwich touched his phone to change the music and continued to then make my sandwich with the same gloves. He continued the entire process with the same gloves which is a health hazard. No one here was friendly at all and was just chilling in the back listening to some rap music. Go to the location on Ventura not too far away for better service and quality of sandwiches.

This location is poorly rain. They had no bottled water?? No Rosemary Parm bread and only 1 person really working . The manager and other female employee was putting brownies in a bag while there was 4-5 people in line. I have been in many Jerseys Mikes in Southern California. This one was the worst by far . I should have looked at their reviews and 2.5 stars prior to going in!!!

Two subs and 2 sodas cost $53.00. Then we had to wait 20+ minutes to get our subs. We got our subs to go and we get home and half the veggies and peppers weren't on the subs. So we basically had two meat subs with no peppers or onions. Won't be eating there again.

It’s just poor customer service. It’s so sad that a restaurant in this area has the worst customer service. Why work at a place where you have to make sandwiches when you don’t do it right !!! it’s the owner and management fault for not taking responsibility for what’s going on in there’s business it needs to be reported to the business bureau, and honestly it’s too many young teenagers working there.

Took 21 minutes standing in line to get one sandwich during non-rush hours. No air conditioning.
