For me it was perfect. A nice little mental oasis before or after whatever reason you are here. Surprisingly busy. I believe 3 people working and everyone pleasant and efficient. They have food items, croissants and the like but I did not try. I was there for the smoothie that I saw just walk by. pricing is reasonable, the location is perfect. I love coffee, dark, rich, hot or iced. When brewed by a talented barista, it's an expression of love.LORELLE'S COFFEE SHOP's rich coffee is never bitter. My saving grace every time I come to Kaiser. Most recently, I ordered an iced vanilla latte and a bran muffin for myself and an iced coffee and a croissant for my husband.
