Found this gem of a ramen place in Woodland Hills. This restaurant was great! We ordered the Kuromayu ramen, Spicy miso ramen, Tsukemen (dipping ramen), Garlic edamame, and Karaage chicken. All the food was top notch! The broths were rich and tasty, noodles were cooked perfect, and soft boiled egg was just right! The Karaage chicken was crispy outside and juicy inside. I was visiting Woodland Hills and saw Maru Ramen. I am so glad I went. Everything was great. The food was delicious and there was plenty of it. I had the shrimp pops and spicy miso ramen. Everything was great. Service was great. Answered my questions, quick to get my drink and food.I would recommend this place for a date night. It is small and cozy. It was busy when I went but I still was able to sit right away.

Best vegan Ramen I have had. Toppings are amazing. You can feel the depth of interest the creators at this restaurant have taken creating each bowl and maintaining their level of perfection with each order. Staff is very kind. All around a great place to keep coming back to over and over.
