Got to the store and it was closed. Waited for over 15 minutes and no one showed up. The sign said, "Out on break be back in a bit." No time posted anywhere. I'm not sure how they are still in business with no staff. This is horrible.

sorry what kind of menchies/frozen yogurt/any kind of soft serve dessert place does not offer samples? hearing that literally made me walk out of the establishment within 10 seconds... do better menchies .. ruining my positive childhood memories

Really great offerings - yummy diverse flavors and toppings.I'm a simple healthy human so they've got options for people that want something delicious but not over the top on cal or gluten. Cheesecake flavor was great.Helpful and friendly service. Lighting makes your eyes hurt. Overall fun yummy and moderately priced.

Used to be super great until they started letting in homeless people who have been contaminating the condiments and then the rest of us don't get any condimentsAnd then the homeless guy just smokes on their patio. Not sanitary OR safe. Worth the extra drive to go elsewhere

The workers declined the business of a valuable costumer before closing time. I arrived to this location 2 minutes before closing (in my ferrari) and they turned me away even though I was well within reason to get my frozen yogurt.

Menchies is always a fun place to go for froyo. Frozen yogurt. I don't gorge out like I use to but it's still fun to add a colorful sweet decoration and a dab of syrup to the frozen yogurt. I miss the days of the sample cups. It helped me select just the right flavor. Now I just stay with the tried and true. Neighborhood location on Ventura Blvd. Lots of parking in the back. Try this place.

It blows my mind how much the price has increased! I just paid $9,80 for one little bowl! I can't believe it! It's not acceptable! I remember paying about $5. Let's be realistic, this isn't a meal! I support businesses, but not chains like that that steal from people!!!
