I love the food here. I’ve been here several times. They are so so so slow. The staff seems to get along too well and chat and take their time. I sit here staring at my food while they restock bags, napkins. They answer a phone call and constantly go back into the kitchen. Meanwhile I stare. Just willing them finish bagging my food. It’s the worst. I love the food but this lack of customer service is not worth waiting 40 minutes for my food.

We ordered food for two adults for the first time, a chicken parmejan sandwich and a half veg capress sandwich with a side rainbow salad. Taste awfully bad like left over of someone's else from days ago. Portions are so small that doesn't even meet kids size. Too expensive. Really not worth to try and is waist of

This place has great food! I love the Happy Hippie. I'm a vegan, so I get it without cheese. But man, is it delicious without it. Customer service was great and fast!

I feel cursed! Every time we try Mendocino Farms something goes wrong. My friend went to pick up our order and noticed the soup was missing and told the employee who argued and said "no you got potato salad" which we did, and a side of soup. (Order was for 2 people). He confirmed this and asked what kind of soup and told him the sausage and kale which he immediately brought out. When we got back and opened our bags, he had brought the Thai sweet potato soup instead. I feel cursed with bad Mendocino luck. The ironic thing was we paid with a coupon we were sent as an apology because the Sherman Oaks Mendocino Farms messed up a catering order for us. I want to support them but it's getting frustrating!

I ordered the not so fried sandwich and I was highly satisfied with how fast the service was and my overall customer service. The dinning room is always so clean and gives me a warm welcoming every time! I love taking my family here to enjoy a nice lunch. Definitely will be going back!

Decided to catch up with a friend over dinner here at Mendocino Farms. I'll lead with this- LOOK NO FURTHER!! My friend and I thoroughly enjoyed everything about our visit. The service was excellent, the food hit the spot in everyway! I recommend the "Not so fried" if I remember the name correctly. 10 out of 10. Shoutout to the staff for helping make a last minute night out special! Will be back soon!!

When it comes to sandwiches and salads, Mendocino knows how to do it right. I love the fact that they use fresh ingredients which is definitely evident, and the portion sizes are definitely generous for the pricing. I will do a pros and cons to make this easy. Pros - Big diverse menu with tons of options and seasonal items as well. - The side options are delicious and they provide half sandwich combos as well. - The location is quite cozy and they offer both indoor and outdoor seating. Cons - Service can be a bit slow. I know they make things from scratch, but it is a bit longer than necessary. - Not a fan of the drink options. They should just offer normal soda options like coke versus these supposed healthy options. Overall, I'd say it's an easy 4/5 stars. If you're into dining in, it's a solid choice. The menu has a bit of everything, and the vibe is inviting. But, just a heads up, if you're thinking of doing the online pickup thing, be ready to wait. It's not the quickest, and that's the only thing that kind of takes away from the whole awesome eating experience. Overall, though, it's a good spot for grabbing a satisfying meal, especially if you're cool with chilling there for a bit.

I had such a wonderful experience this weekend, Cesar made getting my large order as easy as possible. To helping me decide on what catering package fit my parties needs to explaining all the wonderful food options, he answered every question, I would definitely recommend coming to this location just because of Cesar's hospitality and knowledge. I really love the food here. I used to go to the location in Sherman oaks all the time. Calabasas is a lot closer to me. The space is nice, spacious & clean. & the people working there are very nice. The food is great!! But my issue is how slow they are. Every single time I've come, it's taken an hour, not joking, to get my food. I went a few months ago & the manager told me that he was sorry for the wait & that he specifically came to this location to get it running more smoothly & orders out faster. I went on Saturday, ordered 2 sandwiches & a salad. I ordered online at 1:02pm. Pickup said 1:24pm. I went at 1:35pm to give them a little grace, she said it would be ready in 10 more mins. I ended up walking out with my food at 2:04pm. An hour for 2 sandwiches & a salad is actually insane. & that same manager was there. He apologized, was really nice. But I can't wait an hour. I'll just continue eating at Health Nut.
My favorite go to meal is the quinoa avocado salad! It's a big portion so very filling and some leftovers for later. I like how they are kid friendly and very clean. This location seems faster and better service than the Westlake spot and less crowded than the Sherman Oaks location. Highly recommend this place!

I love this location, it's so convenient. Right off the freeway, I place a call-in and it's ready to go. In and out in less than five minutes, and the staff is always friendly. Also more importantly the food is delicious! Will definitely stop on by again!

I have to leave this review for all my vegetarian friends. Always check your salads because I've ordered twice to go, gotten all the way home and there was chicken all in my salad that I specifically sub tofu for. so upsetting. but, when I get the happy hippie I don't have this problem.... so I should just stop trying to order salads to go I guess !!

A great sandwich and salad place with fresh, and good quality ingredients and actually good size portions where you don't end up taking half your food home. They offer both hot and cold sandwiches, salads, and sides (some of them seasonal). They have a "half sandwich combo" option where you can get half a sandwich and small side, or a medium side and soup (for a small upgrade charge). Fountain drinks including several iced tea options. The dining area is bright and clean, but can feel a bit crowded and loud when it gets busy (like a cafeteria). Order at the counter, and they bring you your food when it's ready. They allow you to order online for pickup. There's a parking lot (it's in a strip mall) but this can also be quite crowded. The only thing preventing me from offering five stars is that in my experience ordering for pickup takes exorbitantly longer than it should. Each time I have ordered online I have shown up at the time they said the order would be ready, then been told to wait 10 minutes, then waited 20-30 minutes for the food. So I can't recommend this place for pickup, however for a quick lunch when it's not too busy, this is a great option for dine-in.
