Most amazing sea bass I have ever tasted. It was perfectly cooked. The seafood tower was very fresh. Lobster Macaroni excellent. And for desert, the cheesecake was huge. Sooooo good!!! The dress code is super casual. Some of the guests had flip flops and sandals on. Not like the other steak houses where you have a dress code. I highly recommend this restaurant.

We got a $50.00 gift card and we really didn’t feel like eating there at the time so I ordered a steak sandwich to take home which was so expensive and there was no steak hardly and it was the worst steak sandwich I ever had. I felt cheated and won’t be back. The only reason we went was we got a gift card and honestly I hope people don’t buy gift cards for anybody there. I’m not happy with the Woodland Hills one and feel that they cheated us out of food. They do have a new location and it’s pretty but honestly I’m afraid to eat in there. If that’s the kind of food I got taking home I don’t like being cheated and that’s what they did to us.

The new location of the Woodlands Hills restaurant is an upgrade in all respects. It also seemed quite busy for a Tuesday evening and louder than our last visit at the old location. As usual, the service provided by Josh and his support staff was constantly attentive and very friendly. The food was great tasting as always but I do have one complaint. I had the 16 oz. rib-eye, a favorite, perfectly medium-rare and well-seasoned. Unfortunately, I should have asked for a sharper knife: it was pretty rubbery and had more connective tissue throughout than I've had in restaurant-quality meat. Should I have said something? Maybe but we were enjoying dinner with friends, I didn't want to sit with no food and I thought it would improve as I went. It didn't. I kept pulling pieces off (literally, couldn't quite get the serrated knive to cut through some places) until the white strings were left behind for the next bite. At least being overly chewy meant I enjoyed the flavor longer. Hopefully, this was an anomaly as my first, less than great experience at Ruth's Chris.

Tried this place for our regular girls night out... Food was pretty good, service was fine as well, I can't say anything bad about the dinner experience at all. The only reason I put 2 stars - I left (pregnancy brain) my glasses on the table, and figured at home... In a few days I came back, and looks like some of the staff just stole it, it was kinda expensive glasses and looked very unique... I was very disappointed... My friends left wallets in other restaurants, and got it back... Glasses, cmon! I'm still very sad about this situation...

Ruth's Chris is my favorite steakhouse. The service is excellent. The steaks are delicious! The new location, in Woodland Hills) is very pretty. The tables are spaced so noise is minimal and you feel like you have space. The side dishes are big enough to share. Don't miss the Caesar salad. It's delicious!
