I came in fairly late in the day and a very nice worker Taylor with a sun name tag was very efficient and very nice to me when I made small talk! My drink was made properly if only I got extra chocolate lol! Will be visiting again!

I ordered two medicine ball teas. It's basically two types of teas with steamed lemonade and honey. I had my first sip and thought it tasted different. I opened the lid and saw chunks of cheese like curdles floating. I almost vomited. I still feel like vomiting when I look at the drink. I don't live in the area and I called the store to complain. They informed me that if I come in next time I can get a free drink. How would they remember if I come back a month later? The supervisor, Lindsey, said it might be leftover milk in the container when they steamed the lemonade. Gross!!! I also went during a high school rush and the store was extremely busy. The staff couldn't handle the amount of orders coming in.

Rude employees in my opinion! I went in for a pickup order and there must've been 8 people behind the counter, but no one even greeted me. In fact, when I walked up to the counter, no one even looked at me. They were indeed busy, but not stressfully so. Not enough to warrant not even affording a welcoming glance or a "just a moment." No one was waiting in line to place an order. I waited awkwardly for a few more minutes before leaving before getting my pickup order.

Unexpectedly found myself rushing off to Woodland Hills this morning for a basketball game. Of course, I was unprepared and needed food and a bathroom upon arriving. Found myself here and WOW was the bathroom clean at this SB! Thank you!! Also, this is my new favorite drink:

I come here because it is the most convenient coffee to acquire on my way to the freeway, but they make objectively terrible coffee. It’s always incredibly bitter. It’s clear they try to rush their espresso shots and it’s just so unfortunate. If you have any other alternative, take it
