First, I like this place for good parking \\u0026 seating outside. Second, customer service is good - but, it could have been excellent, as most Starbucks customer service is.\ \ So, I was overcharged \\u0026 noticed while sitting outside. It was fixed w/o further issue which I'm glad, but it was a little awkward.\ \ My problem is that I didn't get a perk for the error and the rest. I've had to come in twice today already just for them to fix my order. In addition I purchased a sausage egg and cheddar and received a bacon and cheese instead. I'm not going in for a third time or any more times at all. Pay more attention.

FYI bathroom fixed but now they say they don't know the key code.. how are these workers using the facilities. Also you want ppl to patronize your place of business but they can't use your bathroom room facilities....
