Starbucks lover for years. This location in simply the worse. Attitude when I said the cappuccino is off. Today I was actually astonished that they wouldn't put my order in a Trenta cup with extra ice. It's some thing that I've been doing for years with no complaints. I will no longer be going to the Starbucks as they seem to not give a fuck about customer service.

Had to repeat my order like 3 times oh by the way were talking coffee ONLY with cream and sugar and guess what she stills serves me STRAIGHT BLaCK ! Wow! Lady at drive through this morning needs more training on listening and less goofing OFF!!

Horrible customer service. We were in the drive through and my 3 yr old asked to go in to use the bathroom. We parked and went in. We asked for the code and they said "we don't have public restrooms" I said but my 3 yr old needs to use it and they said no. My 3 yr old began to cry because she really needed to go and they still said no. So we went to the gas station next door and the lady there was happy to open the door for my daughter. Shame on Starbucks for not making a concession for a crying 3 yr old girl. I used to leave tips and I will NEVER do so again if I ever go to Starbucks again. Livid!
