IV'E had it with this older Indian women. I went back and she was upset about something and of coarse the bad attitude to go with it. I actually tried waiting for the nice Mexican girl to make my sandwhich but she was at the register. Im serous, if it so bad there lady you can go somewhere else and get a job. JACK IN HTE BOX is hiring for $16 an hour ( NO JOKE), im sure a lot more then what she is making. Im going to the platt subway today instead. One more thing she seems to burn my bread 3 out of 4 times when I ask for it toasted. It's on a timer so I don't know how this happens but it does. For the record the MEXICAN girl is always nice and caring when I get her.

I came into an empty store. Like around two minutes later this lady comes in barefoot from the back. Like... actually barefoot. I'm sure that's a health code violation of some sort? It threw me off, but she was actually super kind! Weird experience :/

I've been coming to this location off and on for many years. After my experience last night I will never return to this location again. The server was rude, barely could utter a word or a thank you. Most of all the safety and health that this location provides to its customers is horrible. Look at the previous reviews for this location and they pretty much say the same thing. Clearly the management of this location couldn't careless.

I was appalled with the broccoli cheese soup. If you want potato cheese soup order this NO broccoli. Not a happy camper

The worst Subway! Extremely rude employees and owners. Only go there if you have to. One time I ordered steak, and one of the employees tried to pour out excess water from the steak container, and she accidentally emptied half of the steaks in the sink and then scooped them back and put them in the container like nothing has happened.

Absolute worst experience at a Subway, hands down. The middle aged Indian lady there has the WORST attitude for no reason. She literally put 5 pieces of spinach on my sandwich. When I asked for more she said no. What??? I was so taken aback I thought she was joking but nope, she looked me dead in the eye and said she wouldn't put anymore on the sandwich. I had to just leave and get my food elsewhere. Wouldn't be surprised if she ended up picking apart the sandwich and putting the items back into their containers considering the crust on the edges of all the food bins. YUCK.

Absolute worst experience at a Subway, hands down. The middle aged Indian lady there has the WORST attitude for no reason. She literally put 5 pieces of spinach on my sandwich. When I asked for more she said no. What??? I had to just leave and get my food elsewhere. Wouldn’t be surprised if she ended up picking apart the sandwich and putting the items back into their containers considering the crust on the edges of all the food bins. YUCK.

We just tried to go in here. At 2:40pm on 3/24/21 The lady working was incredible rude, mean and sour when we asked for certain things. Asking her to take the center out of the bread was to much for her, asked for double cheese and she forgot it although I looked her in the eye. She rolled her eyes and huffed and puffed. Still didn't do what we asked. Then When my partner asked for extra olives, she started yelling at him saying she wasn't going to give him more. So we walked out without finishing our sandwiches. And told her she was very mean and rude. For no reason. This is the 3rd time we have had to deal with this woman's mean stitched attitude. DONT LIKE YOUR JOB. Then leave. It's simple. She made that location looose two return customers.

This location is down the street from me. I'll go out of my way to go to a different one. This is the second time I've ordered from here (once in January.) They forgot cheese on our sandwiches last time, but we figured it was a mistake and it was no big deal, we had cheese at home. Now they've done it again. And we are on the road and were unable to ask for cheese or go home as we had to take our cat to the vet but stopped to pick up dinner to eat while we wait. This crap is dry. I can't eat it. Terrible. No idea how long we are going to be at the vet so I guess I'm not eating dinner tonight. Don't offer app orders if you are going to ruin it every time. This place already had 1 1/2 stars before my review. How y'all still in business?

This has to be the worst Subway I have ever been to. Unfortunately the staff which are mostly ladies are extremely rude and lack customer service. I'm surprised corporate has not realized this given all the 1 star reviews. The sandwiches here are made with the least amount of toppings since they literally count the pieces of toppings that go in your sandwich. Forget about asking for more. Any other subway location, they gladly give you more portions of any toppings such as spinach or olives. Every time I come here, I feel like the staff feel like my order is a burden even though it's a basic tuna on wheat. Gave them enough chances to get it together and unfortunately they have not. Not returning to this location.

1 of 2 sandwich's had meat . the subwaymelt sub had 1 slice of meat. i called them they said the would make it right . then some l**** from there said he watch a video tape and everything was on it and would not help. even the bacon was missing. i love subway but not this POS place. there is a subway in calabasas im just gonna go there. this place is gonna go out of business
