Went to this Subway today. The lady making our sandwiches was friendly, efficient, and obviously skilled at her job. However, her co-worker is a big problem. This review is in no way focused towards her. While she was making my sandwich, he came along behind her, grabbed a condiment and flipped the sandwich over, spilling its contents all over. He neither apologized to me nor to his co-worker. Made no acknowledgement whatsoever. He wasted valuable food, disrupted his co-worker, and diminished the experience of the client, yet he showed no remorse? This is not an employee I would want working for me.After I got home to eat my remade meal, I went to bite into a chocolate chip cookie only to find a short, black hair in it. The guy had short, black hair so I'm assuming it belongs to him.So long as this guy is employed there, I wouldn't suggest visiting the location.

I came here around 12:30 on 9/25. My sub was disgusting. The bread was rock hard to the point that I couldn't eat it so I just threw it away. Customer service was horrible too, the lady making my sub had a really bad attitude.

One of my first experiences after coming to LA from the UK. A Subway, they’re worldwide what isn’t great about that?The staff. I went in at 8pm so an hour before closing time, there was someone cleaning in the back who looked forlorn and the lady that served me I can only liken to Gloria from White Men Can’t Jump. A great film but not a great character. It was like I had done something wrong before I walked in and she wasn’t shy about letting me know with her ‘oh man, ANOTHER customer.. uggh’ look on her face.The food was delicious so it had that going for it and the place was really dark too which gave it a strange aura.I highly recommend you check it out, if everything else is closed.Dietary restrictions: No vegan cheese ?

I ordered one of the new sandwiches...the sliced avo mexicali online and u left off the avocado in my sandwich. A sandwich that has avocado in the title!!! How could u forget it. The sandwich was poorly made as well. On top of that u have a guy working there with the long hair and should be wearing a hair net. I will never go to this one again. Other subways are way more professional!!!!

This is the closest Subway to my workplace, so I often get lunch here. I always order via the app and pick up my meal. I never have to wait too long to pick up my food. If it is not already on the rack, the staff give me my food right away when I come in. Parking is a nightmare. The food itself is fine. The employees are generally friendly. There is very limited seating at this location. The place is always well maintained and clean whenever I come. Overall, this is a decent Subway. It is not horrible, but it does not stand out from other locations. I highly recommend you order ahead of time online or through the app to avoid long wait times.

I always get a wrap with rotisserie chicken. Today I was given half the chicken it’s suppose to come with. The lady who made my wrap thought I wouldn’t notice but I did. Not only was she being sneaky but she had an attitude. It’s not like it was busy. I’m confused and disappointed.

I came in the other day after work and it was the cleanest and tidiest subways I've ever been to! When I mentioned this to the cashier she mentioned that they just finished cleaning.
This place needs more staffing, but the individual that was working here was so helpful. She made all the sandwiches and helped so many people, just wish she had help as sometimes theirs a line and she can only do so much.

A few months ago this location stopped carrying the 9 grain honey oat bread so I've been wanting to try the Italian herb n cheese bread but it is never available when I order. Why have it on the menu if it's never available when I place my order!!! I go to this location because it is a block from my work. Looking for a new location.
