The food is great but I'm leaving 3 stars because I ordered food today and it's annoying that I don't know witch order is mine. No labels. We have to dig though the ingredients to figure out the orders.

Unbelievably bad, one poor guy to do all the Poké bowls and take all the orders. They're stupid automated machine was broken. The manager just had just walked off site honestly so badly run and it's raw food, the guys touching the cash register and everything and then handling raw food totally understaffed totally ridiculous manager and owner should be totally ashamed

I've always heard of Sweetfin, but this is my first time trying it. Poke is always good, but the amount of fish can be disappointing. Unfortunately, Sweetfin reconfirms this theory, although it was filling enough especially if you're trying to be healthy. I got the large BYOB Poke Bowl ($19.09) with bamboo rice and citrus kale. Also picked salmon and yellowfin tuna for protein, black garlic gojuchang and spicy miso for sauce on the side, and 5 free topping options: crispy garlic, cucumber, jicama, radish, seaweed salad, and mushroom. The sauce is definitely needed as there isn't much flavor in the bowl without it. While the bowl is yummy, it is overpriced. I definitely wouldn't pay for this on my own as it was part of a company lunch order. Also ordered the Iced Matcha Tea ($4.79), which was quite forgettable. One thing I do find that Sweetfin does differently is their rice base options. You don't see the forbidden rice, bamboo rice, cauliflower rice, citrus kale, kelp noodle slaw, and seaweed salad.

I'm going with a very generous two here. Like another review said, how could poke be so bland. Well, welcome to Sweetfin. There was zero ANYTHING going on in the bowl. No seasoning, no fish, just tears and heart ache are the only thing served here. I will end this as my favorite comedienne says, salmon sucks let's get the fugggg outta here!" Sebastian Maniscalco

The staff acted like they hate their jobs and told us to order at the kiosk when nobody was even there. The food wasn’t anything special and was way overpriced with extremely small portion of fish. My tuna burrito was 90% rice. Owner was rude when talking to us and made us feel stupid.

They get my order wrong every time and with how expensive it is I would hope to have my add ons but something is always missing. I don't like that you can't see them making it

The listing says it's open till 9:00 p.m. I got there at 8:15 the guy would not even look up to acknowledge that they're closed. Won't come to the door to tell me their hours and the hours are not listed on the door! Rarely do I give one star reviews but this is a perfect place for this a perfect place for this. I tried calling to confirm their hours in case I'd like to come back here again there's no real way to get through to anybody.

The manager acting person at the counter - who I am sure is overworked and underpaid- gives zero effs about reading the notes section of the orders and in no uncertain terms said he doesn’t care about it.The butternut squash is ALWAYS undercooked and when I pay for extra toppings on the bowl I get a few pieces. The he unpleasant attitude of the front person - their lack of regard for the environment in light of my request for no bag - and the subpar consistency of ingredient prep - makes me want to take my business elsewhere. It’s 2023. Let’s try to support efforts for environmental awareness. Not give attitude to those of us trying. Thank you.

The food was okay, but the portions are small. I was given tiny scoops of fish and plenty of rice. The staff was also rude, they didn't acknowledge me and told me to order at a kiosk. There are definitely much better places in the valley
