Showed up this morning to try to get my fix for coffeeFirst of all, as I walked in to the cashier, she gave me the most nastiest attitude ever. You would expect somebody to greet you, but instead, she gave a major attitude when I asked a simple question . When I was waiting for my drink, you could feel the hostile enviroment. The barista was absolutely rude. I asked for a cold chai tea latte instead, I got a warm chai tea latte when I went back and asked for a little more ice she rudely said she would have to charge me or she can give me a tiny cup of ice.I used to work for coffee Bean, and it’s really sad to see that the customer service has really gone down. I guess this is the new normal way to get treated at a coffee shop

This is probably the worst coffee I have ever had. Which is insane because it is supposed to be masked by sugar anyways. I got the cookie butter blended drink and it is so awful. I highly recommend avoiding it.

I ordered via the app on my very first visit. The lattes were ready upon arrival and I found mine quite delicious. A welcome alternative to SBux! (To be honest, I think I prefer it.)

Great coffee! The pastries are overpriced for pre-bagged, microwaved manufactured food.Wheelchair accessibility: Doors are manual push/pull but not super heavy. There is a ramp for the curb near the door and no stairs in the establishment.
I ordered a drink and mindlessly didn’t complete my checkout process so when I walked away, the cashier helped themselves to generous tip! That’s stealing and completely unacceptable. My review is not for the drinks, it’s for my customer service experience.
Coffee was burnt and acidic, had to throw out before I upset my stomach.Failed on the sole purpose of a coffee shop.Got a drip coffee.

Pretty much your typical Coffee Bean. However, there was one major problem. I went to use the bathroom which was pretty filthy and there was a constant beeping. It turns out the beeping was the hand soap dispenser because they were out of soap. I went to the counter to let them know and the barista informed me that the entire store was out of soap and they were waiting for corporate to send them some.There is a Ralph's within walking distance from the location. Why. not go to the store and buy bottles of hand soap until you get the order from corporate???!!!Here is the biggest question that it left me wondering. If the store is out of soap, how are the employees washing their hands after using the toilet? The thought completely grossed me out because I had already finished my coffee.I was doing a wedding in the area and planned to return the next day to this Coffee Bean to get some work done before the ceremony. Needless to say, I changed those plans and I will not be going back again.
