They need to rename this place Can't Stand cause I had an awful experience. Writing this review sitting on the toilet for the ninth time in 18 hours after making the bad decision of eating here. Unfortunately had the short rib grilled cheese and fries. First bad sign walking in is the place reeked of a greasy spoon, sandwich was poorly prepared and looked like it fell on the ground and was picked up and reconstituted. Tasted like it too! Greasy, short rib was shredded so fine it was hard to taste. Awful really. Probably going to call health department. Added bonus besides the runs was when I left my hour and a half lunch meet, parking cost 13.20! What a joke! Why any intelligent person would open a fast good place that charges for parking escapes me...

We hadn't eaten a beef burger for a long long time as we've been avoiding meats other than fish. Yet, we thought it would be nice to have a good burger now and then.Nikkie was terrific! A great listener, knew the menu perfectly, exceptionally aware and alert about her customers and colleagues in general.When our fries were a bit undercooked by our standards, she explained they were as designed but that she'd order another order that would be crispier. We offered to pay for them, but she insisted that we don't. Truly unexpected.I think our only observation is that we thought the burger (which i sm certain is weighed) was just a bit small for the size bun they've chosen. Otherwise, flavor, consistency, cooked properly to medium well was flawless.Thanks for the wonderful experience.All five star, even atmosphere, simple because they do the best for what they set out to do...they are not competing for a Michelin star.

I've been going to this place for years and years but my experience this time around was horrible, I called to place an order from the moment I was home which I was placed on hold until the time I arrived there which was 20min later and no one assisted me. When I got there I ordered steak salad and a sandwich, the salad didn't taste anything like what I used to order and there was so much green that you can't really taste the steak nor the sauce. The sandwich was so greasy that it gave me a stomachache for few day. Unfortunately I will no longer be ordering nor dining at any Stand location.
