This is the closest Arby's from Oakland so whenever I come to see my brother I'm able to get my half pound fix. They are very consistent and I've always had a great experience here. The wait time can be a little long but I think that's because they're making the fries, which I'd prefer for them to be fresh so I don't mind. I just with they would open one up closer to me.

Went through the drive thru and they charged my card for the money then had me wait for 20 minutes because they said it was canceled and the money was taken off my card. The manager acted like she didn't even know what she was doing fries and roast beef sandwiches were cold also. Not very happy with the service at all.

I used to love Arby's. I went today and ordered two Arby's roast beef sandwiches. When I asked for extra sauce, I was told they were out. I asked if the sandwiches had the arby's sauce. I was assured that they had. When I got home I discovered there was no Arby's sauce. The bread had been slathered with mayonaise. There was very little flavor in the sandwich. DO NOT GO THERE AND EXPECT AN ARBY'S BARBEQUED SANDWHICH. You are likely to get two pieces of bread, a little shredded lettuce, lots of mayonaise and some roast beef. YUCK!

The last several times we've ordered from here, we've been disappointed. Not even sure why we keep going back. Several weeks ago, I ordered a Buffalo chicken wrap, light sauce and when I got home, it was DRENCHED as if I'd asked for extra damn sauce. The fries were old and cold& the mozzarella sticks were greasy and cold, like they were refried after sitting out too long. I spent over $16 on a meal that went to the trash. Tried again today, husband asked for no sauce & was told they couldn't accommodate that request so he said light sauce & again, it's drenched, as if he asked for extra. Fries were at least somewhat fresh this time though. Won't go back anymore however. Too expensive for inedible food.

I went through the drive thru, had to wait over 10 mins in drive thru for food to be ready, and when I got home they had given me the wrong order. Disappointed. Avoid if you can

This Arby's seems pretty new, so it's nice that way. The food was good as always (I love the roast beef sandwich). Service was good too, and the food came out quickly. My only complaint was that the floors were sticky everywhere, and that just doesn't give you a good feeling.
Update - lobby closed during the day ... you LOST my business.Do not go when they open I got dry old discolored beef for sandwiches

The food here is fine, but the employees screw up EVERY TIME. If it wasn't the only Arby's for about 30 miles I wouldn't go here.

The food was tasty and hot. They have a military discount which is much appreciated. Unfortunately the interior was filthy! Almost every table was dirty. My shoes stuck to the floor. And every trashcan inside and out was over-flowing. Also the windows were dirty as well. It was not busy and there were 4 people working with a 5th that showed up before we left.. It would seem better to just lock the door until everything could be cleaned up. I did not look but I would hope the kitchen wasn't in the same condition.

Today on Saturday around 2:20 I wnt to this Arbeys. I was the only customer. They also had 3 or5 employees. I had to wait close to 10 minutes for them to even acknowledge me and a fee more before they came to take my order. Thete was no apology for ths long wait to placs the otder or for the long wait for the food. About 10 minutes later my small order was ready. The employee also gave me a bunch of coupons that were expired to use. After eating I noticed the coupons he had given me today at were already expired. So I asked the employee if the expired coupons that he gave me today were still good to use. However he replied and told me no because he did not realize thst they had already expired. I asked him if he had curret coupons and he claimes to not have any coupons. However I know that Arbeys location and others have September 2022 coupons in the store. They also mailed out to people. I usually have had good experiences here so I will give them another chance the next time I am near there. The food is good and usually the experience is much better with customer service. Just bewere that there is a large chance that they may give you useless expired coupons
