My friend and I were heading home from a trip to nor cal and I needed a driving break. I found this spot through Yelp! It was in Woodland on our way down the 5. When we got there, there was live music from a band playing 90's covers. I really enjoyed the band. I got a pint of beer and ordered a personal pizza from the onsite mobile pizza truck. This place was a bit crowded and I liked the vibe. I definitely recommend!

On St Paddy's Day my husband, sister & I all were gonna go to Father Paddy's Street Bash. Unfortunately they closed off the street in front of Father Paddy's and roped everyone in which just made it way to crowded for us, so we decided to come here instead. There was a line out the door around 3:30pm, but it only took about 15 mins before we were inside. There were several bartenders working behind the long bar taking both food & drink orders. We all decided to get one of their Hazy beers for $8ea. For food we ordered the Pretzel w/ Beer Cheese $10, as well as a 12 inch Chicken Bacon Ranch Pizza $19 for all 3 of us to share. We managed to snag a table inside, which was great. They served the beers immediately at the bar but then you got a buzzer to let you know when to go p/u your food outside the front door to the left. The food probably took about 20+ mins since they were quite crowded, but everything was hot n fresh!! The pretzel was plump & a decent size for 3 people. It came with a small plastic container of Honey Mustard, Beer Cheese, & Ranch dressing which was perfect.. I was happy to see the pretzel wasn't completely covered in salt. The 12 inch pizza was hot, thin and crispy, but a but a little light on ingredients. We would definitely come back since we truly love their Hazy beer.

My wife and I stopped by to check out this restaurant today, Sunday, around 2:30 PM for the first time. My wife walked up the handicapped ramp and checked out the bar area while I stayed with the dog in the stroller. She came back and suggested that I check it out as well. I went up the handicap ramp and checked out the bar area. On the way back, the bearded gentleman working in front of the woodburning fireplace said: "Can I help you?" I said, "Yes I wanted to know what time you are open until today". He responded: 6 PM for the restaurant and 7 PM or the bar." He followed with: "There is no reason for you to be there." (I was standing on the handicap ramp on my way down to my wife and dog.) I said: "I am going down the ramp." He said: "It is locked." (In the meantime, he had apparently sent someone to lock the ramp.) I said: "It wasn't locked when I came up." He said: "It is locked." I said: "It wasn't locked when I came up." He said: "It is locked." I felt a considerable degree of hostility and unfriendliness in his tone. He could have said: "I am sorry sir, but we just locked the ramp. Sorry for the inconvenience. Would you be so kind as to exit this way instead." That would have been fine. Instead, I felt quite unwelcome and a bit harassed. Also, I am not sure of the point of having a handicapped ramp if you lock it up during business hours. Is this even legal? If it is legal, it is certainly not sending a welcoming message to those who would like/need to use it. BTW: I had a total knee replacement this past year and I use the handicap ramp whenever I can.

I absolutely love this place. I feel safe and welcomed here. The staff is fast and friendly. I haven't tried the food but I enjoying trying all the different beers that they have. It's a good place to get together with friends and family.

Best brewery in YOLO county. Indoor and outdoor seating often with a local food truck in the parking lot. Some of my favorite beers. Their pizza is great too!

To be honest, I was a little preoccupied when we came in on a cold rainy day for a cold one. My son, his wife and this new bundle of joy, my grandson had my focus. I've been to enough of these tap houses to know what to look for and they hit all the marks very well. Outside covered seating, inside seating, walk up bar, selection board, friendly service and a very clean set rest rooms. I was kind of tired...lol. I do love seeing the brewery brewing. You know that factory feeling makes you feel like you're at the mouth of the creek. Place was pretty live and they had live music too! (It was a Sunday) After having spent some time smelling food and fire, I spied a new fire stove pizza oven on the way out. Impressive addition and he was even cooking wings in it. Nice digs...we will definitely be back.

This is a great little pizzeria and brewery. The pizza is wood fired and is delicious. The pretzel is huge and tasty. We got a flight of 5 of their beers and some were good and others just not my taste. I highly recommend this eatery. Almost forgot they also have live music . Not sure when they play. We left before they started.Vegetarian options: They have themParking: It's kinda weird they share parking with the post office and another eatery nearbyKid-friendliness: So so on the kid friendly. They have rules that might not work for every kidWheelchair accessibility: A wheelchair would be able to access the entire restaurant.

Haven't tried the food, always good beer BUT they want you to sit with other people if the seats aren't available anymore and I'm not a fan of that.. maybe shorter tables or expand?? Other than the strangers at our table no complaints at all (realistically I have zero complaints just more of a preference :) thanks blue note!)Parking: The evening and certain days are more packed.. and parking is a little harder to findKid-friendliness: It's definitely kid friendly!

This is a great brewery in Downtown Woodland. It has good seating inside and outside and they usually have a food truck on site for food. Overall excellent.

We drove up from San Diego area and found Blue Note a short Uber ride from our hotel. We were thoroughly impressed by the atmosphere, the selection of beer and the pizza. The gal behind the bar (I WISH I remembered her name) was SO helpful and knowledgeable on the different beers and helped us make great selections.I wish we lived closer so we could be regulars!
