Costco is always the best-service, selection, value, etc. What else is there to say??

In need of 2 brand new tires called up Costco at 11:39 pm employee who answer was very short and rude. I ask if I can come in for 2 new tires, he says you're going to be waiting all day make a appointment so I agree he makes me a appointment for a week away from my request. He sounded bother that I even called. I will take my business somewhere else

We love Costco because the price is good than any stores. Bulky but it's worth it. Noeme big hugs to you even the long lines still your smile. The man is really nice too. Every time we shop we are happy.

Go during the week. Not as overwhelming as other Costco's. Easy to get in, get gas and get out! Prices great to split groceries (only two) with another couple/family. Online ordering a breeze.

I give a one star rating only because I cannot leave a zero. My wife took our car to Costco in Woodland CA to repair a front tire that was leaking. Upon inspection the tech told her both front tires had nails in them that were too close to the sidewall to be repaired. He also said the rear tires showed signs of improper alignment and proceeded to sell her a set of 4 tires. The tires they replaced were purchased at Costco two years earlier. I went down 4 days later to claim the replacement warranty for tires that cannot be repaired which they advertise for all members. The manager told me that because the rear tires showed signs of misalignment that the front tires were not eligible for the warranty. Although they do not provide alignment services they eyeballed the tires to determine a misalignment without actually measuring the alignment. Convenient for them. I took the car to the dealer for a 4 wheel alignment and the corrections were only in the hundredths of a degree. BEWARE.

Went here to return some items ( a whole other story), but today I experience one rude employee. Jesus, he either had a stick up his booty or something. I simply walked up to enter, and said with a smile "I'm just coming to do a return!" And he said back "I don't care" and looked at me up and down. I said "don't be a rude ass" and went inside and did my return. He said was JIM, I believe, a 5'6 older man, white shirt hair, working today January 19th around 2:30/2:40pm at the front exit doors of Costco in woodland. What the???? This is how y'all treat customers lol? That's crazy.

This review is solely for the Costco food court only... Picked up a couple of pizzas last night for dinner, and they were made and served quickly and piping hot right out of the oven. We ordered at that kiosk, around 5:20ish, and we were out the door by 5:45. As per usual, the food court area was packed, so we kind of wandered around Costco for a bit. Since we were only there to pick up pizzas, we didn't do any shopping, but the store was clean and fully stocked. Please note: this is not the usual Costco that I shop at, but similar. For example: food court is inside at this location vs. outside where I shop. Regardless, if in the area again and for a longer period of time and if needing to shop, I would return to this Costco. The staff members are nice too.

AVOID THE AT&T AUTHORIZED RETAILER AT COSTCO AT ALL COSTS!!!! While shopping with my family we decided to check out the new IPhone 15s. The sales associate absolutely lied and got us to upgrade all 3 phones. We received the phones in the mail a few weeks later and that's when the headaches started. We couldn't activate the phones. We took them to a real AT&T store and they said the Costco AT&T associate made all types of changes to our account that we didn't authorize and none of the promotions she promised us were accurate. She completely screwed us out of thousands of dollars! We have NEVER felt this level of dishonesty.

My trip to this Costco was anything but ordinary! While our mission was the usual grocery shopping, I needed to swing by the optometry section to scope out some fresh frames for my brand new prescription. The place was buzzing with activity, and the staff were like busy bees tending to those who'd just arrived and also those whose numbers had been already called. My lucky number was called, and I was introduced to , Shane! With a twinkle in his eye, he had no problem answering all my frame-related queries. He even shsred about an ongoing deal, and when he looked at my prescription, he revealed a treasure trove of eyewear options. From the fanciest to the pocket-friendly choices, Shane had it all covered. He even gave me the lowdown on all things insurance. What a champ! We always appreciate a good dose of outstanding customer service. Now, speaking of this Costco in general, it's like our home away from home. They consistently stock up on the things we crave, keep lines short, and their staff are as friendly as sunshine on a summer day. Kudos, Costco!

First time at the Woodland location and we had a great shopping experience. I love the location and it's proximity to other business and services I'd patronize. I would argue the Woodland warehouse is a smaller location in the region; maybe a bit bigger than Rancho Cordova. We loaded up on Kirkland's heat and eat chili, chicken noodle soup, gyros, Cesar salad and lots of other goodies. I hadn't had Kirkland's chicken noodle soup in years and anticipated having to "doctor" it up like before. To my surprise it was delicious as is and loaded with Costco rotisserie chicken. Our first time picking up the Kirkland brand chili and I'll probably never make chili from scratch again lol delicious!

I lost my Visa card after shopping at this Costco, yesterday. I called an hour after my shopping trip when I realized it was missing. The woman I spoke with said they had it and I could pick it up at the merchandise window. She did NOT tell me they would SHRED my card at the end of the day. The following day, I went to pick it up and I was told they SHREDDED my card! The employee told me they shred cards each night "to protect member privacy". Costco needs to hold onto lost customer items longer than half a day and the woman I spoke with over the phone should have mentioned their "shred" policy.

It is with a heavy heart that I write this review for Costco. And yeah I'm being overdramatic, and??!!Anyways, I bought a space heater from Costco about a year ago. It just stopped working recently so although that was a bummer, I was like cool this is the best reason to buy from Costco, I can just return it!I bring it to this Woodland Costco today and the first question I get upon setting the heater on the return desk is "where is the remote"? I'm like what remote.. I don't know I never used a remote. The lady at the register did not care at all and just told me I couldn't return it without the remote, no exceptions. Damn that sucks, I think. Well shoot I'm already in Costco, I'm going to go browse around, maybe pick up another heater, but I'm taking this heater I brought with me, maybe I can fix it. I take one step, the lady calls me back over. She says you can't walk around with that, you need to bring it back to your car. By the way, it happens to be very rainy and windy and my car is parked pretty far away. Ugggghhhh. Whatever. I ask the lady politely if she could just put it in her trash can. Some other guy comes over, as if I'm starting trouble or something, points outside the store, and tells me I can throw it away right outside. You can't even place this little vornado space heater in your trash??This whole interaction is not that serious obviously, but it just was not a friendly vibe at this return counter today. I would like to give a shoutout to the kind customers who let me skip them in line because they had a full cart and I ended up getting like 3 items. So that was super nice of them!Oh, was that you wondering what I did with the initial space heater?? Sure, I'll tell you! I ended up setting it next to a trash can outside to see if it would still be there when I came back out. To my surprise, it was!! So I picked it up, walked out to my car and headed back home. That space heater still does not work.

This is my favorite Costco in my area! I live in Natomas and I would rather drive 20 mins than go to the one that is 15 mins from me. I can come here and be out in 10 mins if I need to!The gas station is always packed except early in the morning so that's I usually go!
