Great little grocery store with a fabulous deli that serves hot and cold meals, meats, salads, etc., for American, Mexican, Asian taste buds. I wish it had a bakery ? on the likes of the other grocery stores found in Woodland, California, as well as a bar for taste-testing microbrews ? and spirits ? like a certain Value Market grocery store chain I discovered in Louisville, Kentucky - hence the reason why I have given 4 out of 5 stars ?on this review!

My son suggested this place while we were meeting him up for lunch. This is also a deli that we always stop into when we are in Woodland. It's a cute mom and Pop shop with a jelly and a butcher here. I love that they have sandwich deals every single day Thursdays is the club with a salad chips and a drink for $11.99 which I think is a steal. you can really get bank for your buck here. All the workers here are really nice and they're super patient with you. Definitely a place to get sandwiches, desserts, and salads. They even have a kids menu here and also hot food. They also do catering as well if you're looking for something along the line of that.

Went in near closing. Dressed all black paid for food and beverage. As im getting into car the cashier whos truck is parked in front of entrance is smashing the lock button. Felt really judged because im Mexican wearing all black dude felt i was gonna rob his vehicle. I feel like this is a rascist establishment. Like alot of establishments around Woodland California.

They know good ingredients and how to source what should be fresh and cheap so there there is enough left over for the special ingredients.
They go out of the way to source local produce (always fresher than the local grocery stores!), custom meat cuts, good curated selection of wines, and the products on the shelf are classic cooking staples- almost always the consistently good cheap ones without fillers that all the distributors keep discontinuing at the major grocery stores.

This little store ahs a very good butcher shop and deli. Their food selection on the shelves is limited to low quality stuff and their veggie section is very small. However, I really like this little store for the meats and the deli section. The staff has always been friendly.

My dear friend & I came from Dixon she wanted Victor's brand bologna for sandwiches. There was not any. Don't carry anymore! Very disappointed
Small market - more like a corner store with a deli - with surprisingly good sandwiches! We enjoyed the Rueben and Italian sandwiches - fresh, flavorful ingredients and generous size. We were passing through Woodland and for a quick, tasty lunch to go, this hit the spot.

This place is pretty cool. Took me about 15 years to find it but today I did and it's a great sandwich spot that has a bunch of different Sotos chips, candies a good place to grab lunch.
